Jill and her team at the Village Pantry were such a pleasure to work with! They catered a sit down dinner and cocktail hour for our 80+ person wedding and did a fantastic job! They even accommodated our request for an all vegetarian meal selection. Both the food and service were phenomenal and our guests were raving afterwards. During cocktail hour, we were doing family photos, but the staff went out of their way to make sure we still got to have some of the appetizers. They went above and beyond and were truly all so pleasant! We highly recommend them for your catering needs. Also, if you have the opportunity to add the mini stuffed potatoes to your menu, we definitely recommend doing so!

We used Village Pantry for our wedding this past weekend and are so happy with our choice. The food was amazing, and the staff so friendly and helpful. There was great communication with Jill leading up to the event. The staff carefully packed up the leftover food (and cake) for us to take home after the event.

Village Pantry catered our bridal shower for our Celiac daughter in law. They were great to work with, very helpful with ideas for gluten free foods. They assured us there would be no cross-contamination and made a beautiful display when they delivered the food. Everything was too-notch and people raved about many of the items, like the chicken salad and the cheeses. Definitely recommend!

Village Pantry catered our daughter's wedding on 9/21. What a wonderful staff and terrific food! A great variety of appetizers for the cocktail hour and plenty to feed everyone. Nice selection for dinner and everything was tasty and well prepared. I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff. Kathryn was our own
personal waitress for the evening - so attentive and personable. I would recommend this company to anyone!!! Many thanks 🙂 They helped make the special day even more memorable!

Village Pantry!!! What a great staff and delicious food. We just celebrated our wedding with about 150 guests and boy did we get some compliments on the food. Everything was fabulous from the food, clearing of tables and packaging left overs for us to take home. Heads up, the food is still great reheated!!! The staff was so attentive to my husband and I, getting us drink refills at the head table. I felt very VIP. Thank you Village pantry from initial talks, month out meeting and working with us to make our vision a reality. 🩷

Village Pantry catered our wedding at St Thomas Episcopal, and we couldn't have been more happy. BOOK BOOK BOOK! We LOVED everything about Village Pantry. We worked with Marisa and she was absolutely incredible. She was very timely with her responses and was always so helpful. In general, she was a joy to work with! We loved the tastings each month. It made wedding planning fun trying food in a relaxed manner and being able to try so many different options. We loved that there was so many options available to choose from. The day of, the food was incredible! People are still raving about it! We used Village Pantry catering for our wedding in Cincinnati - Not only was the cocktail hour and wedding reception food AMAZING, but one of the Village Pantry employees, Cathy, went above and beyond in so many ways for us that night. Cathy made sure we had our dinner early during cocktail hour so we were able to eat, refilled our drinks and checked in with us several times, and even helped my mom and Aunt with my dress bustle. Out of the entire wedding, Village Pantry was absolutely one of the best choices we made, and we were so glad to have them on our special day! We paid for wedding catering, but received so much more in service than we ever could’ve imagined. Thank you for making our day amazing! Save yourself the time and book them!
