Just reading the childish responses from this motel manager is enough to keep anyone from going here. Stop being petty and fix your business issues! 👇 Response expected. To bad the cops can't do anything about reviews in the good old USA.

When I was finally able to get a room, it was dirty, the floors were way past due for a good scrubbing, the furniture looked like it was found at the dump. The beds were ok, except the stained sheets. The room smelled, and there were roaches in the climate control unit. The management, after having my online booking, canceled and going back and forth with the booking company, did give us the room at a reduced price. The location is conveniently located right off the highway, which sadly is about the only positive thing I can say about this place. If you're expecting to use the pool, forget it, the manger told us it's closed because it needs like 10K worth of repairs.

Loved being here they helped me when I was homeless with kids I'm definitely coming back they also have a church here and helps with food ❤️❤️❤️

First I want to say the owner is just down right horrible and whoever he sends to expect the rooms lie so they don't have to give a refund. This lady watched me clean my room stood in the doorway just watching me. Then told the owner. It was dirty and that it smelled like smoke? I do smoke but I stood outside and smoked. Then my wife went to the office to just let the manager know that while we were there alot of kids that live in the hotel kept coming to our door or just walking right in the room because I had my 4 year old daughter there. Now we didnt mind it really but she wanted them to know that's unsafe and someone else might just mind little kids coming in there room or standing in the door way the owner then told my wife to "forget about the situation and the kids or he was calling csb on us and saying they witnessed me hit my one week old baby. Now I don't do this much but I called the bbb on them and told them what happened and how he had more then 4 kids in one hotel room.

I travel for a living. The price is what attracted me. It was an reasonable amount but honesleep. It was disgusting the manager. The owner horrible person wants to talk this big friendly game but deep. He's horrible.
I love giving business to small those but honestly I think he taught me a lesson. Unfortunately, my generally micro was laid off on a Monday. We paid on a Sunday and he decided that. He wasn't going to refund us. The difference so that's 6 days that my guys had to eat that money. This is the first and only hotel that has ever done that. I'm always in Toledo and he is definitely lost my business. I would not. Stay and nobody could pay me to stay there. It's honestly low-income housing is what he's doing.

The first room I was given was 80° and smelled like an old ashtray, smoke detector was hanging by a wire and beeping every minute, the front desk told me to just take out the battery. I told him no I want a new room, the room he gave me next was already occupied. And the third room he just unlocked and told me not to lock myself out, I never got a key.
The room is not very clean, the hot water was barely warm, the bed was dirty and had stains in the linens.
The absolute only reason I even stayed was because I had already been up for 21 hours and had driven on the road for over 600 miles and it was 3:00 in the morning. If this is not your situation do not stop here.

We were extorted for $100 dollar deposit in cash for each $55 reserved room upon arriving for check in! Refused request to inspect rooms before concluding check in proccess! ALL BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE!

I would decertify and vote to see you closed on ethical business grounds and health violations! You should read the reviews and correct violations .... like the following review you dissmissed

IE; Poor very poor they said they were giving me a new room it wasn't new and I found a CRACK PIPE in the chair and they wouldn't do anything and the manager proceeded to tell me how he finds needles all the time

It says pet friendly that's not true.. I've called 3 times every time the mgr tells me no availability for a room for an animal. I finally asked her if there was EVER going to be availability She said NO..A friend stays there and she has 2 Not 1 but 2 dogs!!!!..WT..If I could give 0 stars I would.Friend said 2times in a row when stayed the rescue squad was there reviving Overdose patients!!!
