Overall stay was amazing, until the next day when they rented the upstairs room to a room of elephants from the circus. Thy made god awful noise at all hours of the night.
Also the shower in the room with the two double beds made a squealing noise the entire shower. that was very aggravating. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the coffee pot had leftover coffee in it. Other than that it was a great room with lots of room. Chris the evening worker was amazing. We chatted for over an hour. The lady that runs the breakfast bar was amazing as well. Very welcoming, made us feel at home.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Having a separate living room was nice to be able to relax on the couch instead of having to sit in bed. The wifi was very weak and kept cutting in and out. The staff said they would work on it but it didn't get any better. Overall, this hotel was great for the price.

Upon arriving in our room, we had to wipe down our kitchen and walls. Completely dirty. Carpets dirty and tearing in spots. No phone in our room. One of our bathrooms had no curtain/door on the shower so we were unable to use it. No door on one of the bedrooms. TV didn't work. Shampoo bottle broken in the shower. Disappointed in the lack of Housekeeping here.

I have stayed there several times when on business trips to the area. But they have gone downhill the last two times I have stayed. Not sure what changed, ownership maybe? But I will not be staying there any longer. Needs updates. Every other I have stayed at has had complementary bottled water when you check in. I was directed to a glass container that tasted like garden hose water. My room smelled like a poor attempt to cover up dog urine. The desk leg had been gnawed on and the carpet was shredded in places. Breakfast was very basic and flavorless. Coffee was hot at least. Don’t bother with this location, there are several more options within a block.

I booked this hotel 5-6 months in advance to make sure I got a room. The room they gave me was a handicapped room. That is not what I booked. That would have been ok, however the sliding doors were horrible. The door to the bedroom was completely missing. The door to the bathroom stayed open about 4 inches and since there was no door to the bedroom, anyone sitting in the couch could see right in to the toilet! Also, the TV in the living room did not work. The lady at the front desk tried to help, but she didn't know how to do it. She also couldn't switch us rooms because they were completely booked.

Stayed 2 nights. Check in was an absolute joke, took almost an hour to complete! Not sure if the girl was new or problem with computer system. Our room was dated. Light flickered on and off in the kitchen, toilet ran all night and heat/ac in the bedroom made a horrible sound so we couldn't even use it. Got in super late so we just dealt with everything. Bed was like sleeping on a rock, and no bedding for the couch bed. Upon checkout no one was at the front desk. Another employee tried helping me and finally someone came. Gave me a somewhat apology for my issues. Should of been comped or giving a discount. I'm an IHG member as well. We won't be coming back there unless they get their building back to par.

This was our second stay at this hotel and we returned because we had such a fabulous experience our first time. This stay was good too. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming and when we had a problem with our first room, she helped right away. We could hear people walking above us in the night, so there must not be a lot of sound proofing between floors, but other than this the hotel was quiet. I love that they offer free laundry too!! It was perfect for doing a quick load of laundry during our stay. We recommend this hotel and will stay here again when traveling back through the area.

Overall this hotel was a great experience. Unfortunately they had just updated the TV remote controls and they didn't work. Also, the shower water pressure was very weak. Everything else was the upmost, best quality you come to expect from a Staybridge Suite.
