Very impressed with this hotel! My fiancé and I had a great experience during our stay. We decided to come to Toledo for the weekend (visiting from Ontario to try all the chain restaurants we don’t have back home!). Check-in was fast and the gentlemen at the desk was super polite, professional and helpful. I wish I remembered his name. A great first impression!! The room was cleaned very well & the bathroom was well lit and very clean. Overall I will rate this hotel 5/5.

I will start by saying I am generally cheap when it comes to hotel rooms and am not picky whatsoever. That being said, this place was horrendous. Upon entering, the desk clerk was lounging in the lobby like a homeless man and frankly looked greasy and unshowered for weeks on end. They demanded a $20 deposit for room damages (which they did return upon check out, but mind you did not check the room at all before getting the $20 back). He also spoke minimal English making communication nearly impossible. When entering the room, there was drywall dust covering every piece of furniture, the room reeked of THC wax and the bathroom was held together by zip ties. Throughout the night we weren’t sure if Michael Myers or Deebo from Friday was going to bust down the door first. I would never recommend staying here for more than 4 seconds, even if you’re trying to vacation on a budget.

Komal and the rest of the staff were very friendly, helpful. It was a quiet stay and the beds slept bliesfully. Great amenities. Coffeemaker no coffee in room but coffee in the lobby.

I hate getting on Google and leaving bad reviews, however, I don’t want another mom to have the same experience I did. I had a long drive with my three young kids and, being a single mom; I needed a cheaper, safe place to stop to give my kids a break from being in the car. The google reviews weren’t terrible and the hotel was right off the highway so I thought this was perfect. The lobby was the nicest thing about the stay. And probably the cleanest. Our room was so dirty that my children’s feet were literally black after being barefoot in there for less than 2 hours. I could tell right away that it wasn’t the safest place for me to be staying alone with my 3 kids. There were a lot of people sitting in their cars in the parking lot. The guy working the front desk didn’t say one word to me or even ask for my ID when I checked in. There were people screaming and running down the hallway long past two AM, doors slamming, cars in and out of the parking lot with super loud music playing, which, honestly I wouldn’t care too much about if it wasn’t so loud that it woke my baby up several times through the night. Our TV in our room wouldn’t work. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to figure out the password to the WiFi so I couldn’t play movies on my kids iPad. I did not feel even remotely safe and the ONLY thing about the staff that was nice was the man working to get the rooms ready. He was kind and honest and I honestly probably should have left as soon as he told me that it wasn’t the best place for kids. I highly would advise spending the extra money to stay somewhere a bit safer.

Rooms very clean the staff is awesome. Love they allow pets for a little bit of an up charge. It's definitely worth staying at... There weekly rates are definitely the best prices around well worth it.

This place is amazing! The rooms are clean and spacious and everything was in walking distance which made things so convenient!

Wish I could rate Zero stars. Room was dirty there was beard shavings in the sink. The staff is always no where to be seen it’s a ghost town. Gave me one towel for 2 adults staying. Website also says complimentary breakfast but no food was served not worth the $70 they charge nightly.

It not a bad place to stay services was good my room was super clean parking was amazing didn't have a problem checking in I booked online everything was just how I wanted it down to a t so that was mind blowing
