The eggs Benedict was scrumptious. A little pricey but worth every penny. Large enough portions to share. Likely my favorite breakfast spot in Columbus. Clean, friendly service and the fireplace at the entrance adds a nice ambiance.

Our server Rachel was great and answered any questions I had. The restaurant is spacious. They have many cushy booths rather than uncomfortable hard chairs around tables. My omelette was cheesy, just the way I like it 😋 my meal came with 3 fluffy buttermilk pancakes. The syrup they use is good too. I enjoyed my coffee and fresh squeezed OJ. They bring water to the table with a 1 liter pitcher to refill yourself so you don’t have to wait for a refill when you’re thirsty. I got one of their handmade stoneware mugs for my wonderful mother in law. I know she will love it!! ♥️

I had a delightful experience at the Original Pancake House during my recent visit with my wife and mother-in-law. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The cozy ambiance made us feel right at home.

The menu offered a wide variety of delicious pancake options, and we couldn't resist trying a few different ones. Each pancake was cooked to perfection, fluffy on the inside and slightly crispy on the edges. The classic buttermilk pancakes were a favorite, but the specialty pancakes were a true treat. The pumpkin pancake, in particular, was a sweet and savory delight that we couldn't get enough of.

Not only were the pancakes outstanding, but my mother in law said the coffee was also top-notch, keeping her happily caffeinated throughout our meal. The portions were generous, and we left feeling completely satisfied.

What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. They even accommodated my mother-in-law's dietary preferences with a smile.

Overall, our visit to the Original Pancake House was a memorable one. It's the perfect spot for a cozy breakfast or brunch with loved ones. We left with full hearts and full bellies, and I can't wait to return for another delightful meal.

I took my neighbors for their first trip to the Lane Ave store and we had Ana amazing time. We went early so we didn’t have to wait for a table. On the way to our table we were greeted by all the staff. Very welcoming and friendly. We were seated and our waitress was there like a flash with waters and took our drink order. The restaurant has a vibe that just makes you feel so happy. We had the banana pancakes, a waffle and the Georgia pancakes. The portions were huge and we had to take most of it home!! Our waitress never let our coffee below half and Alexa the manager came by to check on us!! Absolutely loved our meal and the service from the staff was perfect!! The pancakes and waffle were light, fluffy and scrumptious!! Can’t wait to go back again!!
Side note***. I have been here several times before this visit. The Dutch babies are the signature meal and they are totally worth it!!! You can also have a little retail therapy after breakfast due to its location in the shop center!!!!

I came with a group of friends and their little ones. I picked this place because I knew the food was good but didn't even think about how it's a great place for kids too. Everyone's food was great, the bacon is next level, and the kids got balloons which was a hit. We also had probably every food allergy imaginable between the 8 of us and they handled it really well. Service was awesome too. Really couldn't have asked for anything else!!

Everything about this place just oozes class. Amazing tasting food, lovely decor, comfortable seating and really friendly staff. Our server, Colin, was awesome. Nothing was too much for him.

Came in near the end of their hours, maybe 1:45 (open 7-2:30).
Quick service, very tasty, loved the waffle and side of hash browns the most. My daughter got the hugest omelet I have seen, made me envious, but it had mushroom, so can't vouch for how it tasted.

Be aware! One should never have to pay $16 for 2 eggs and 4 pieces of bacon only! Prices are unGodly!!! For what they charge you can buy from the store and have breakfast at home with money left over. No wonder they are open those short hrs with those high prices. Must get their eggs from the goose that lays golden eggs! Try paying your people less and lower yoir prices or stop being greedy! One or the other!
