I had the TK, hubby had the burrito and we were both very pleased. Quality ingredients and careful preparation was obvious! The location was also cool, it's in a former school and has a walking trail nearby.

Find this place on a humbug and then realize I have been here before the parts of it, the bar down stairs.

Anyways, the atmosphere with the plants, wake lights and windows wrapping around the cafe make this a perfect day/date out.

I got the breakfast burrito and fresh orange juice. I loved them and the burrito shell was really thin but crunchy and so were the tots inside it. The texture is on point and I would come here again.

🤩🥰❤️‍🔥I swear this is one of the best brunch places in the entire Columbus area! I was blown away by their oats on my first visit! Very tasty and exquisitely paired, the food here at first glance looked just as beautiful to me as it did to me at the breakfast place next to Beverly Hills, CA! Not only that, but the flavors are very rich! Very tasty! Highly recommended!

I’ve been going to Emmett’s German Village location for a while, but today was my first day trying their Open Air School location. HOLY COW!! This place is absolutely incredible. The cafe is inside a historic school building built in 1928 and is impeccably restored with a bar lounge, fitness studio, event space, etc. Emmett’s cafe has big beautiful windows, comfortable seating, and an even larger menu than their German Village location. I got the new “Sylvia” grain bowl (add falafel ), a mango lassi smoothly, and some chocolate peanut butter power balls. Honestly it was the best meal I’ve had all year. This place is so unique and special that I ended up sitting here for 2 hours and reading after I finished lunch. The staff was so friendly and it felt like a community hub. If you haven’t tried this place, you have to check it out for yourself. Highly highly highly recommend.

The best matcha latte I’ve had in Columbus (if you like your matcha sweet)! Usually very busy on weekends so finding a table is sometimes hard. But the food is good, the staff is friendly, and the building is unique as it once housed a school!

Very very very good food and coffee! Such a cute spot and very friendly and fast. They even bring the food right to your table. I only can 4 stars though because they are quite expensive. It's more of a treat yourself place than a place that I would go to every week. I'm excited to come back and try something else!
