Food quality was poor, so over cooked and dry. We received 4 onion rings for over $5.00 see photo. I was shocked. I understand there’s an inflation on food prices but that is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen.

We did a to-go order. I got chimichurri flat iron steak with grilled zucchini as the side, plus we got some fried pickles. The fried pickles and ranch were spectacular. I can see myself going back just for the pickles. The steak, however, was a bit disappointing as I asked for medium and got what looked more like medium rare. The garlic bread and zucchini were good though.

Ben was great he recommended new bourbons for us to try. I had the meatloaf which was also a recommendation of his and my wife had the “famous fish and chips” both were outstanding. Looking forward to our next trip here to check out some more of their great bourbon selection.

I was at the new location in Upper Arlington not in Tremont center. They have definitely up their game. the food was pretty good before, but the new menu, the food, and the nice light setting is a big improvement. Old bag of nails, there is nothing old about this restaurant. We had at our table the coconut shrimp, the south west rolls, lite fish basket and a few other items they were all very good. The server was new she was being trained and was great!

Came in to unwind from a very busy holiday season. Our bartender Ben, was the man. He was very personable, was fun to talk to, and took really great care of us. The next time I need to press reset, this will be my go-to spot. Oh yea, this is the best place to get fish n chips on this side of the Atlantic!

Fish and chips are always the best in Central Ohio. You really can't go wrong. Going there getting fish and chips. On the side note it's also shareable. They give you enough where you can share and still leave not hungry. I also enjoy the fried mushrooms as well

I was in town with the family and tried out the old bag of nails for the first time. Fish and chips and the food was fantastic. Service was great. They were very busy and the general manager was hustling all over the place but still made sure to check on us several times. Anytime we are in Ohio, this is where we will be!

The service was excellent, there was plenty of parking in the garage just behind it, the food was good, the drafts were good, plenty of space for my kids, everything was clean. I don't know what more you can ask? Can't wait to come back.
