This is a fine hotel in the leafy suburb of Hilliard, north of Columbus. It is located in an area that offers many shopping and dining options within walking distance. Our room was vey clean, the bed and pillows perfect, and the bathroom spotless. Check in was a breeze, the front desk staff efficient and friendly. The lobby was nicely decorated, and all common areas tidy and clean. The complimentary breakfast was a notch above the usual fare with many choices and the buffet was well stocked. This is an excellent hotel, the staff seem happy, and management top notch. We will recommend this place, and look forward to our next visit.

Second stay in this hotel. Still a great experience. Rooms are large, clean, and beds are comfy. The breakfast is fresh with a lot of variety.

Positive: The rooms were clean and comfortable. Free breakfast and the pool were great. Negative: The second day of our stay, the breakfast was not as good. The eggs were a bit burnt and they were running out. The waffle mix ran out and there seemed to only be the front desk employee checking on the breakfast occasionally but not refilling it well.

This was our first stay at a Best Western property and we were pleased with our stay. Chris, the Asst. Gen. Mgr., was on duty at the front desk when we arrived and he could not have been more pleasant and personable. Our room on the third floor was clean and the air conditioner maintained a comfortable temperature. When we arrived home from Hilliard I discovered that I had left my book and journal on my unmade bed. Chris, Dave and Rosie communicated with me over the next two days until my items were located and returned to me promptly via UPS. Overall a pleasant experience at Best Western Hilliard.

This property is all it should be. Very happy with everything. Bed comfortable. Clean. Quiet and very restful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Absolutely would stay here again. It has the typical BW breakfast which is okay but when travelling for a while you kind of get over it.

I think it is the first hotel that actually gave me a room away from thep elevator, ice machine and other noisey things, that I always ask for. Dave was friendly and efficient when he checked me in. Good coffee and breakfast.

It is in the center of a large shopping area next to an extended stay hotel. It has enough parking. There are people talking in the parking lot at night, but the hvac unit is loud enough to down them out. You can control the thermostat on the roomheating unit.

I did not use the pool or gym, but they look nice. It appears to be family friendly. There were several families using the pool and they seemed to be very happy.

I had a very pleasant stay with no complaints. I would stay there again. We have always had good luck with Best Western Properties. Thank you.

Booked the hotel the last minute after golfing and visiting a friend. The front desk gentleman was great and very nice to a wary traveler. The room was clean, smelled good, and quiet. I like the faux wood floor. The bathroom was clean and shower hot. The breakfast in the morning was very good. All of the staff working in the morning were very friendly and helpful. I am glad I stopped.
