Cafeteria style dining and food was very good. Lots of options on the salad bowls. Veggie offerings were all very good. Fries were tasty. Soup was good. Dessert cookie also very good. Draft beer selection was a bonus - better than expected.

First time trying this place out and I’m so glad I did. The food was amazing and the staff were so friendly, especially Faye! She was so kind and helpful, I wasn’t too sure about what to get and she was kind enough to recommend me things and help me out with the options that they had. I would definitely recommend this location and will for sure be back!

Honestly wish one of these moved up towards Dayton ohio!! Such an exceptional experience with each bite. I got a hummus plate with falafel. Came with pita bread. Their cookies are phenomenal!

Food is extremely flavorful and service has always been excellent! If you are Celiac or gluten-free, I highly recommend getting a salad bowl. While they do make pitas in house, the potential for cross-contamination appears to be very minimal.
When I ordered, I mentioned to the staff that I have Celiac disease. They immediately stopped what they were doing, washed hands, grabbed clean utensils, prepared fresh greens, falafels, and pulled fresh crispy onions from the back. I was very impressed with their procedures and felt safe eating there. It can be challenging to find restaurants that have procedures set in place to accommodate dietary restrictions for people with celiac, but Brassica did a wonderful job. I will be back next time I am in Columbus.

Re-visit to Shaker Heights was not very appealing. But here in Upper Arlington the atmosphere was different. Service was better and attentive, food tasted better, served better. This place is I guess a tad little bigger or looks bigger. The salad bowls were filled as we requested and falafels came hot (something we always have an issue at Shaker Heights)

A great place to have lunch or dinner. All of the Brassica locations are top notch. Love that the pitas are made fresh in front of you. Their special sauce is sooo good! Also have the best fries in the city!
