Our stay was wonderful. I specifically chose this hotel for the hot tub which did not disappoint. The staff were extremely kind and inviting. I have never had a kitchen staff member at a hotel talk to me let alone be so sweet. The room was very clean and the location is awesome. Highly recommend. We will be staying here the next time we go back to Columbus!

The hotel was very nice. Both elevators worked and were fast. Everything was clean. The bathroom had liquid hand soap! My teenager said it was the best hotel breakfast he's ever had. He was impressed with the cheesy eggs and potatoes. The only negative was the parking lot trees that tried to poke your eyes out.

This was definitely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Even before check in, staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was amazing, and the bed was super comfortable. We splurged to book the suite with a spa tub and it was so worth it! We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Columbus!

The facility was well-maintained overall. The front desk folks were courteous. The lobby and breakfast area were open and inviting. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and clean. The fitness room was well-equipped. We did not use the pool, but it looked nice. We were in Room 208, which was directly on top of the lobby and the breakfast area, so noise was a bit excessive at times, particularly on Friday and Saturday nights. The hotel charged me $1.44 for long distance calling even though the only call I ever made on the phone in the room was to the front desk to ask to turn down the music in the lobby because it was late night and my family really needed sleep. I advise other guests not to touch their phones unless in a true emergency.

The gentleman at the front desk was so kind, he helped open one of the side entrance’s for us even though it was very late when we checked in. Our room looked recently renovated, and was very clean. The staff checked in with us several times, despite the late hour, to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Great price for our room as well!

Disappointed in the condition of the room, stopped up sink, dripping shower. Called ahead to ask about pool & hot tub. They drained the pool the day we arrived. Why didn't they know about scheduled repair? We stayed for 4 days and we were told everyday that it would be done that day. May not seem like a big deal, but my 2 kids were disappointed and that was a factor in picking the hotel. We could have switched hotels on day one but I felt lied to every day just to keep us there. The staff at the check-in were not in the "know" of the repair.
