First impressions can always be lasting ones, and Jarrod at the Front Desk left a wonderful first impression when we checked-in. He was funny, personable and welcoming. ||The next morning I received assistance in procuring some items for our room from the Night Auditor, Arlene, who it seems does wonders being the solo person at the desk. ||And then later that morning from the Front Desk Agent, Sabrina, who also left a wonderful lasting impression, as we checked-out with her. ||The complimentary continental breakfast was a nice thing to have. I made myself fresh Belgian-style waffles (they provide the batter and you just pour it on their nice professional waffle irons and wait for the beep to tell you they’re done). I wish the coffee tasted better; gotta get a different set of beaks, Hampton Inn. ||As far as the room goes, our HVAC connected below the window worked spectacularly, and kudos to Chad, the Engineer, who gave us insight into how it all works (hint: it’s controlled by the thermostat located on an entirely different wall). ||All the fixtures produced hot water perfectly each time, and very quickly. ||If there were 2 downsides to our studio suite, it was that the fridge included in the room gets cold, but not as cold as one would hope, and there is no thermostat to control the temperature. ||Also, the shower pressure was very weak. Increased the amount of time it took to rinse off. ||We didn’t get to use the pool, but that’s only because we didn’t bring our swimwear. ||Overall, we recommend this hotel wholeheartedly and would definitely come back the next time we decide to visit the Arnold Sports Convention in Columbus. It was only a convenient 20-minute drive to downtown Columbus, by the way, and much more affordable than the Hampton Inn there.

Hotel was pretty clean and staff was friendly; however my young daughter scalded her hands on the water in the bathroom sink. Her hands were only under it for 3 seconds. The handle was set to slightly hot of neutral not full hot. We filed an incident report, and gave us burn cream. We spoke to the staff and the maintenance team said nothing was wrong and that it was operating as per normal. This response is unacceptable and doesn’t seem to be up to code. We are not happy with the response as this might happen to someone else. Photos for reference. We are STILL waiting to hear from the general manager as we left a voicemail days ago as well as emailed her. We never heard from the supervisor of the hotel as I followed up and he knew nothing about the incident. The lack of response for an injury on site is absurd.

Hotel was clean staff were helpful.
Accessible room with roll in shower was perfect for my daughter.
The pool and hot tub had lifts that actually work!
10/10 recommend we will use this hotel again if we come back to this area.

Here’s the thing: Arlene deserves a raise!!! I’ll call back to find out if she got one, so just do it. She’s single-handedly made sure my tumultuous travel ended at your doors. Great beds, clean rooms, *and* post covid hot tub available at least periodically — call the day of to find out if anything shut it down or not (ie random things like sick kids, etc). Please recognize her for being so consistently helpful

Hilton does not prompt for guests’ comments after every stay plus it’s overly complicated to find and submit the online feedback form. ||||Good experience! ||Common area is clean and inviting, as expected. ||||Jill acknowledged my Diamond status at check in and was very helpful with replacement toiletries ||||Breakfast was depleted by teams of college basketball players but the kitchen crew was efficient and fed everyone! ||||Amy was helpful with a late checkout

The room was fabulous - spacious and nice layout. The room, bathroom, and vanity area were clean. The location of the hotel fit our travel plans, and the breakfast buffet was just perfect to fit our family. The area was clean, the logistics of the drink and food locations worked well.

Absolutely love this Hampton Inn & Suites. Clean, friendly & reasonably priced. Fantastic pool & relaxing jacuzzi. We definitely would recommend.
