Let’s just say I give this a 3.5 star. It took two attempts to come here because the first time they were very busy. Self-serve popcorn is a nice touch however, since the clients are able to grab it themselves, you don’t know how sanitary that could be.

Definitely a happening spot for the area good prices mid bar food, but overall agreed atmosphere to hang out with friends.

Grabbed a couple appetizers shrimp, pickles, pretzel and ribs, just so that we can try some stuff out. My husband loves the fries, steak cut fries or clutch overall feel like in for a sports bar to hang out in. I would recommend it.

Provided us with amazing service everything was fantastic from food to him working hard to get everything to us fast we didn’t wait long for anything and he was always there asking if everything was tasting great or if we needed refills will definitely be back thanks to Brendan y. Had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated but mind you there was a bengals/browns game, The rock and roll hall of fame induction ceremony and the Yankees were here for a play off game. It was most definitely worth the wait. The wings were amazing the steak was cooked to perfection and the service was fantastic. Definitely a must stop in independence Ohio.

Amazing place for food & beer!! Beer selection is extensive but very easy to find a brew to please the palette. Food menu has plenty to offer as well. Wings were outstanding with a honey mustard hot sauce added on. Special sandwich of black forest ham on a pretzel bun was also spectacular!! Highly recommend this establishment!!

Came here on a Saturday (worst possible day for us cause of the game haha my kids and I don't like loud, not their fault) and the atmosphere was great and so was the food. Our waitress (can't remember her name) was very prompt and friendly with service and making sure we were good and had everything. I ordered plain chicken wings and they were very good. I love them thoroughly cooked with crunch and they were just that. I would love to come back again possibly when there isn't a game on.

Nice find when driving through Cleveland. Good food and service. Would recommend it for families or couples. Kids not allowed to dine in alone during evenings, must be 21 or with a parent.

I stopped for a late lunch this past week and the seasonal menu is great. Pierogi with beer cheese? Yes, please. It was a beautiful day and both sides of the bar were open. Service was fast and friendly which I appreciated during a lunch hour. I love the Lizard for the variety of food, quality, and reasonable prices. Atmosphere is casual. I will definitely return.
