My family reunion was at this hotel last summer and it was a great time so I also chose it for my birthday staycation and I'm glad I did. The staff was professional and courteous, the property was clean and my room was comfortable. I was able to relax at the pool, chill and watch tons of cable TV channels and enjoy the live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights. The food and beverage prices are very reasonable compared to most other hotels, but there are lots of restaurants nearby to fit all tastes and budgets. The hotel is very close to a movie theatre so I even snuck in the new Captain America movie during my stay. I recommend this hotel for locals as well as visitors to Cleveland.

I spent two nights here while my husband was at the Cleveland Clinic. It is about a 15-20 minute drive from the clinic. The second night, I had my 6 year old son. The receptionist kept the pool open an extra hour so that he was able to swim. He was so excited to swim. After a long, overwhelming day at the clinic, that is exactly what he needed. Thank you so much for that random act of kindness! I did not catch her name, but the date was 3/13/25. Please give her associate of the month! Rooms were clean, roomy, and beds were comfortable. We slept really well and felt safe. Nice, convenient location with plenty of places to find something to eat.

my experience staying at this facility was enjoyable from the moment of checking in all the way through the moment of checkout. The staff was professional, kind, courteous, kind, and attentive. The rooms were clean and nicely appointed. They have more than an adequate amount of USB ports. if I could change one thing, I would have liked to have access to Netflix and Hulu without having to bring a fire stick.

I was in Cleveland for two days of class work and training for certification with US Sailing for Sail Boat Race Management. the room at the Holiday Inn I got was everything in needed. Clean, comfortable, quiet and had a comfortable desk where I could sit down review my notes and pull up study material I needed for the next day. the young lady at the desk got me into a nice corner room that had everything I needed. Most enjoyable overnight stay.

The hotel room was nice, we stayed in a newly renovated room and the amenities were nice. The refrigerator wasn’t that cold and no microwave, but still nice.

The front desk lady in the evening is kind of rude. Also, there is an incidental fee that we weren’t aware of- nothing was said about this when we booked the room online so there was an extra $300 fee (for two rooms) I was not expecting. If not used, it takes 3-5 business days for that to refund. This is a fee on top of the original room fee. When I was expecting to pay $333 at check-in, I ended up paying $633 even though I didn’t use any of “incidental fee” at their restaurant, bar, or market which is what that fee is for. Not everyone has money laying around like this. This needs to be made more clear when booking.

I have visited this hotel many times before. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean inside and out. Good temperature in room. Good beds/mattresses. Good amenities. Value-friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

I have been staying at this hotel for many years. It is recently renovated with some great rooms and common areas. The people that work there are amazing. Ann Marie is the best at the front desk! Centrally located to many things and tons of restaurants around. Highly recommend!

While our room was clean and the hotel is conveniently located, the front desk staff was extraordinarily rude and the bar was very loud, late into the evening. We could hear the music in our room on the fourth floor well past 'quiet time'. The carpet in the hallway was coming up, creating a tripping hazard, the carpets in the rooms were fraying and there were multiple water spots in the ceiling and walls.
