Marisa is a fantastic host and the location is perfect for what we needed. A quick night on the island, and a super comfortable bed. The Harlow room is spacious and had everything we needed. The shared spaces are well accommodated and stocked with everything we need! I will definitely be back to enjoy the bicycles, fire pit and outside patio!

House is cute, comfy, and safe!
Place close to airport and a cheap (we paid $4pp) to get to downtown. We will be staying here everytime we come bCk to PIB.

Really fun home with great communication from the host. I really appreciate the notes and requests to use the plentiful hand sanitizer with signs posted encouraging guests to make safe health decisions.||||This B&B is on the south side of the island and away from the main downtown. We walked over from the Miller Ferry - short walk and then took advantage of the bikes at the property. The location also backs up to a short nature trail and provided plenty of nature to explore in the immediate vicinity.||||Home has a great kitchen and super comfortable beds. Highly recommend staying here - we came with 2 adults and 2 kids and stayed in Jane's Suite which was plenty large for our overnight.

Place was perfect for what we needed. I did not know anything about put in Bay or this island. I thought it was sleepy with perhaps a handful of mediocre restaurants and a couple bed and breakfasts.|Man was I wrong. This place was hopping. This B&B however is about 2 miles from downtown, put in Bay is actually the town on South Bass Island. The yellow tree is a 10 minute walk from the ferry. It’s very quiet and very pleasant. It’s a very nondescript house from the outside, and the owner/innkeeper and her significant other both work in town so you just let yourself in using codes for the back door and for your room. There was a kitchen and a cold breakfast which I did not use so I cannot comment on it. The room was renovated and very well done old room on the second floor, with a full bath. Everything worked, And I must say it was one of the better nights of sleep that I had on this trip. Comfortable bed, air-conditioning, and a good shower. We met another couple, as we were leaving who were kind enough to give us a lift to the ferry, literally as a torrential storm began. Thank you so much to Claus who drove us! ||They were single speed bicycles available for use.||The only reason I wouldn’t use the yellow tree is if you want to be closer to town. If you don’t mind a 2 mile walk, getting a cab, biking, or using your own car or renting one of the ubiquitous golf carts, then this place is for you.

The stay is absolutely amazing. It's tucked away in a little bit of woods. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. The house is very clean and cozy! The rooms are comfy and safe! It's a old fashioned house and I find it to he a relief to get away from the more modern distractions. Definitely will be staying here next time!

Stayed at the Yellow Tree Bed and Breakfast for a weekend trip. Linda and Marisa were wonderful hosts. The location is beautiful and perfectly close to downtown. Breakfast is offered along with toiletries, the rooms are clean and welcoming. Can't recommend them enough.

We stayed at Yellow Tree B&B and absolutely loved it. Quiet location, cute rooms, and the place has a European feel. We're frequent visitors to PIB and have stayed many places, this is the best yet. We will stay again and recommend to friends and family.
