The mushroom was thicker than the burger, the spaghetti came with no meat that was a surprise, our order was took and brought to us after that we didn't even see a waitress to ask for something (wich we needed)

The portions were tiny. The food didn't taste good. We were never offered refills. Half of our food wasn't served.

We went at 10:54 am on a Sunday. I asked the waitress what time they switched the breakfast buffet over to the lunch buffet. She said at noon. We wanted breakfast so this worked for us. When we got up there almost all of the pans were empty. I got 1 sausage a little eggs and a little hash browns. My husband got eggs, hash browns and a couple pieces of bacon. A couple sitting 2 booths over asked if they were bringing more food out. They were told yes. A little later we seen them leave. I went up to see if there was any food and there was mashed potatoes and gravy and chicken out with no spoons or utensils in. This was at 11:30. We just left. We feel completely ripped off. This cost $27.00!! Both of our coffee were full of grounds and the buffet was a joke with no food. I would give 0 stars if I could. We will not be back.

Breakfast and Omlets are very good. Not fancy but good. A local favorite for a sit down meal especially breakfast.

They need to update their hours on their website. It has them open until 7pm on Sundays that's not true 😒 we took our time and finished doing some other family things while we were in Van Wert only to find out that they actually closed at 3pm per the sign on the door.
Very disappointing. Especially when you have starving children and it's late on a Sunday Evening and you're in a strange town.

Food was amazing and it wasn't that expensive I love there food and I love the service there I'd recommend this place for good old fashioned food stevie was my waitress and I was very pleased

I came in during dinner, well before closing. The meal I ordered was prepared on their grill...which had to have been swimming in burned grease. Everything I ordered had a film of bad tasting grease on it. Even more, the service was noncommittal and disinterested in even the most basic things...such as getting a refill on a drink before I was done with the meal. The menu was strange...this is only my opinion. A cafe such as this one not even having a chicken fried steak on the menu? Very unsatisfactory, and will not go back more than likely.

Went in for all you can eat fish dinners. Fish was good and had good flavor. Baked potato for 1 was hard and over done. Fries soggy and cold. Cole slaw was good. Seemed to always ask for fish. Brought 4 pieces on first refill for 3 of us to share. Over heard one table get told we close at 7, although sign on door stated "NEW" hours closed at 8. She was unhappy at their table for sure.
