Good location. The hotel staff were nice and friendly. My room was clean, although the sink began to back up if the water ran too long (making shaving a little inconvenient).

The parking garage connected to the hotel works independently with the hotel. Meaning, another company operates the garage. I felt like valet could have been more comprehensive.

Wasn’t in love with how they ran their breakfast operation. It also wasn’t “included” with my room (not sure if there was an option to do so to be fair). You were able to choose lighter options (things that didn’t need to be cooked like fruit, yogurt, cereal, breads, etc) as a buffet style. There were only two options for food that needed to be cooked.

I stayed for a week on a business trip from the UK.
The room i had was clean and comfortable, and i slept very well here. There was plenty of bottled water and toiletries supplied by housekeeping. I also had some laundry done, which was returned next day, all good.
Amenities of the hotel were very good - there was an area to get ice and water, which also had a microwave. There was a nice bar and dining area also, although i did not make use of these during my trip. There is also a gym, although i was so tired i did not explore this!
The hotel is in a shopping type strip, with plenty of choices of where to eat and shop. There's also a Whole Foods, which was very handy.
Would definitely stay here again.

My dad and I stayed at this property for two nights while visiting the Cleveland area this past month. Overall, our stay was very good. ||When we checked in, we got a warm welcome from both Mara and Miguel at the front desk. They were both super friendly and assigned us two 2 queen rooms up on the 5th floor facing Pinecrest. (Rooms 530 and 534)||The rooms overall were spotless. I was very impressed with the modern decor throughout the room. I loved the fact that there was no carpet in the room.||The beds however were on the firmer side, however I slept pretty well. ||All of the staff that I encountered at this hotel were very pleasant. I had no issues whatsoever with any of them. ||The cleanliness was amazing throughout the entire hotel. There are no hidden smells or odors at all in this property! This place is completely allergy friendly.||The location for this property is amazing. You are in the heart of Beachwood and within walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. The area itself felt super safe. It took us only 20 minutes to get to downtown Cleveland.||The only major complaint I had with this property was the a/c unit in the rooms. Getting heat in the rooms was a nightmare. Both of our rooms were super chilly. During the summer this wouldn’t be an issue, but during the winter, it can be an issue. ||Overall, I would definitely stay here again! This is our go-to hotel when visiting Cleveland. ||I promise you won’t regret staying here! (However, keep in mind that if you stay here during the winter months your room will be chilly)

I would not recommend that ANYONE stay at this hotel if you want a good night sleep. I notified the front desk that my room would not cool properly at least 5 times over a 3 day period of time. Not until I started to document my poor experience did anyone do anything. The maintenance man could not fix it and indicated that he should have been notified earlier. I stay
In hotels hundreds of nights per year and this was a horrible experience. Not a single person cared about my comfort. I was offered 10k point which is nothing! Do not stay at this hotel.

I have stayed several times at this hotel and unfortunately it has gone downhill. Maintenance knocked on our door to ask about the wallpaper color when our do not disturb sign was out. Housekeeping never came in three days and it took an hour to get an extra trash bag delivered when they were overflowing. The shower handle was broken. I got an unsolicited email from the assistant manager thanking me for staying and asking how things were, and I shared my feedback but never got a response. It's a nice hotel and location but unfortunately they seem to be having trouble staffing and maintaining it now.

Although this Hotel has less than 5 stars, but I give full rating. Hotel is pretty new and so far I hardly had better Hotels in US. Surely not luxury, but modern, great rooms and extremely clean. It is a bit outside of Cleveland and there is not too much around (few restaurants and shops), but if you need a good value for money Hotel then you are right here. Highly recommended.

Review of AC Hotel Beachwood||The AC Hotel in Beachwood, Ohio, is situated in a pleasant area and has a modern, clean design typical of the AC brand, with a European-inspired decor. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for both business and leisure travelers.||However, my experience with the staff was less than satisfactory. Upon arrival, I waited over 15 minutes at the front desk, which was left unattended, before I was greeted. When I was finally checked in, there was no recognition of my Marriott Bonvoy status, which I found disappointing.||Another evening, I visited the bar and found the staff seemed inconvenienced when I inquired about a food menu. I was quickly informed that there was no chef on duty, but no alternative solutions or suggestions were offered. When I requested a glass of iced tea, I was told they had none. Later, I tried to find snacks at the front desk, but the selection was limited to gum and sodas.||While I understand that management may face challenges with staff availability, it’s essential that customer service is prioritized. Staff should be trained to be more welcoming, attentive, and proactive, especially when guests arrive late and dining options are limited. Simple gestures like eye contact, a smile, and offering alternatives can make a significant difference.||Overall, while the property is lovely and well-located, the customer service experience fell short of expectations for a Marriott brand.

After having a bad experience at a different hotel the night before, this place was a nice change! Beautiful lobby and bar area, very nice staff, nice clean fresh rooms with some cute little extras in bathroom. Huge awesome mirror. Great little fancy fridge. Clean fresh linen. Comfy bed. Complimentary Starbucks coffee at the breakfast buffet from 6am was really nice. The area is beautiful with lots of beautiful high end stores. Plenty of free parking. Also close to many synagogues which is very convenient for those to whom that’s applicable
(The only negative comment is that the elevator had a distinct strong weed smell )
