My husband & I traveled to Cleveland with my parents and our 11 month old grandson and we sure picked the right hotel! Upon our arrival, Zee greeted us with a warm welcome and invited us to enjoy the hot cocoa bar (what a unique touch!) The two bedroom suite was perfect for our needs. It was roomy and comfortable with a nice kitchen area. We slept comfortably. The bathrooms/showers were clean and it was helpful to have the shampoo, conditioner & shower gel built in. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a variety of tasty items to choose from. We had a few questions during the breakfast and Mario went out of his way to answer them and check in on us to be sure we were enjoying the breakfast. He kept everything well stocked and made sure all guests were happy. Tess was very sweet as we checked out and made sure our stay was up to the standards we expected-which it definitely was! Everyone we encountered was so helpful and friendly! We had a wonderful stay. Our son attends college in Cleveland so this will be our go-to hotel!

Front desk staff was decent. My profile is set up to request a room close to the elevator, I was the furthest room away. I certainly don’t mind the extra steps however after working a 12 to 14 hour day, I’d rather not. The rooms are spacious and convenient with the kitchenettes! However, the detail cleaning definitely needs to be stepped up!

When hotel staff could not find my booking.com reservation they were so kind and accommodating. They insisted they would figure it out and want me to just relax and enjoy my stay at their hotel. And I ABSOLUTELY did! Everything was so good at this hotel! The staff were phenomenal at front desk and at breakfast! My family and I LOVED the hot cocoa bar! The fitness room and laundry facilities were amazing! I will definitely stay here again!!!

Overall, everything was wonderful, except the jets in the tub were not that clean. I turned them on and hair and soap scum mixed into the water. But everything else was great. The room was very nice, and social time in the dining room was a wonderful experience.

The location is great as it's far enough away from the highway as to not get that noise. I left for work very early every morning, so I did appreciate the fresh coffee almost every day.
The unfortunate thing is the days that I was able to get breakfast, the choices were not that great.

Booked a double room on Booking.com. Arrived to check in and we were given a queen bed with sleeper sofa room for 3 adults and a teenager. When going back to front desk, the employee indicated booking.com sent the room info over incorrectly and even though they were happy to honor my two double bed reservation, I would be charged an additional $50. Booking.com customer service reported that Staybridge Suites REFUSED to honor the room I booked. Bait and switch and blamed it on the third party site, which has never given me a problem with any hotel bookings. After driving four hours we were left at 8pm scrambling for a hotel. Went to Hampton and got a beautiful room for less. Should’ve booked at Hampton in the first place. The customer service was absolutely horrible AND the hotel was run down as well. Avoid!!!!
