We just had our wedding at Venue 81 Eleven on August 23rd, 2024! Joe made everything so easy and is so caring, we feel so lucky! Don’t even get me started on the food! We had a tasting and I was then waiting for our wedding day, just to get to eat the food again! Even at the tasting everyone was so caring and nice! Everything from the salad was so amazing! Everyone at my wedding was raving about how beautiful it was and how amazing the food was. So many people were stating how they wish they had a restaurant so they could always get this amazing food. We had the verba’s signature salad (which I crave and could eat daily), the apricot brandy chicken, sliced top round in au jus, mini penne with red sauce, and buttery parsley potatoes, and green beans! My dad loves to cook and was even saying how he can’t get his green beans as good as Verba’s does! They are so amazing that he even made separate meals for my guest that were vegetarian/ had dietary restrictions and even that food was amazing I was told! I cannot recommend this place enough, you will not be disappointed

Our favorite wedding vendor!! My husband and I got married at Venue 81 Eleven (formerly New Orleans Party Center), which was recently taken over by Verba's. The change in caterer was sudden and unexpected, so naturally we were nervous about changing such a huge part of our wedding so relatively close to the wedding day, especially since we had already signed a contract with the previous caterer. From the start, Verba's set our minds at ease and assured we would be taken care of. They honored the prices and inclusions from our contract with the previous caterer to the best of their ability, which shows how flexible and honest they are. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our reception was everything we envisioned; from food, to reception set up and take down, to service, and making sure us and our guests were fully accommodated. The food was absolutely delicious (compliments to chef Joe and his entire kitchen staff) and our guests raved to us about it. Nathan was AMAZING at communicating with us throughout the entire process and truly made sure everything was exactly what we wanted, and left no question or request unanswered. We would highly recommend using Verba's to cater your wedding reception, whether at one of their venues or your own.

We ordered Curbside Carryout last week. Absolutely delicious! Loved the Chicken Paprikash, Breaded Pork Schnitzel, and Eggplant Parmesan. The meals came complete with roll/butter and a salad. We found the price to be very reasonable. You can also order desserts and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). We were so impressed, we're ordering again this week! Thank you, Verba's for a delicious meal!

Today I ordered curbside pickup from Catering by Verba's at Woodside in Broadview Heights. When I arrived the signage was easy to follow with directions to stay in my car. My meal was promptly brought to my car and social distancing was maintained at all times and employees did were face masks properly.

I ordered the pot roast dinner and a strawberry cream cake (slice) for dessert. I love pot roast! This was a beautiful cut of
marbleized meat that was cooked to perfection. Seasoned nicely, very tender. Mashed potatoes and corn were the sides which were good. Salad was included. The salad and dressing were delicious! I loved the addition of walnut pieces. The cake was tasty as well.

Would definitely order again..

My significant other of 10 years and I were finally ready to tie the knot and when we found the Verba's we were very pleased to find they had a place for us not only to have our reception fully catered by them but a room at the same facility to hold our ceremony we were quite thrilled. We were invited several weeks before our big day to a tasting of menu selections which was great. The day of our event Mrs.Verba was there to oversee the whole affair and her and her staff stayed on top of everything, the food was awesome and the room looked great, this was a very happy day for my friends and family but most especially for my new wife, for that I want to thank catering by Verba's!

Verba's Catering catered our family events throughout 2020 not including the takeout dinners we bought! Our Christmas Eve gathering, while smaller than normal, was delicious and plentiful! The guests were clamoring to take leftovers. We plan to use them for all of our catering needs in 2021 and beyond!! Thank you Joe, Joey, Nate, Tani and Joanie!

My daughter's baby shower was held at St. Elias Hall (beautiful facility) on April 14th.
The table presentation of a variety of pastel napkins in the coffee cups gave the entire hall a festive appearance. The best part of the shower was the wonderful food. I cannot tell you how many of our guests RAVED about the food. It was a sit down luncheon for 70. We had a beautiful presentation of homemade potato soup, warm rolls and butter, barbequed chicken mango salad, punch, coffee and assorted pastries. We had ten children attend the shower and they were served chicken fingers, fries and their own little bottle of ketchup (let me tell you that was an extremely big hit).

The Verba's are very flexible and accamadating to all your needs. (I personally have celiac sprue disease and require a gluten free menu and they really meet my restrictions)
Their through professionalism is outstanding--If you're looking for GREAT--you have found it at Verba's Catering

Fantastic menu and the food was delicious! Hired Verba's Catering Services for a family retirement party. Food was delivered hot, at specified time, and ready to be served. Outstanding service. I would highly recommend Verba's Catering Services for any catered event.
