My husband and I spent 1 night at the Stone Gables. It was a great location, easily walkable to restaurants and The Bop Stop where we enjoyed a jazz performance. We loved the easy access and privacy. Our room was located on the second floor with an adjacent common room, which was a nice place to sit and read. The common kitchen/dining area on the first floor was well appointed and huge! My biggest complaint would be the bathroom in our room. The tub and sink were not in great shape and the paint job was sketchy, with missed areas where fixtures had been removed. It just gave a less than 5-star aesthetic. Also, the bed was beautiful, but the mattress was not super comfortable to me. But that is all relative as different desires apply. Overall, a pleasant stay! The host was prompt with information and friendly.

We were moving my daughter out of a local apartment and needed a place to stay the night before heading out of town. The Stone Gable Inn was perfect. Proximity to Ohio City, charming rooms with all the amenities and so much better than an institutional hotel. Had great communications from the property regarding parking our moving truck. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience staying at Stone Gables Inn. I travel a lot for work and the inn was a nice change of pace for me. Much more affordable than the hotels in the area and my room was probably nicer. The house itself was beautiful, well-kept and clean. Very cozy and a lot quieter than I was expecting for an old house so that was nice. Ample off-street parking that was big enough for my large work vehicle to navigate in and out of. The Neiborhood itself was nice. I felt perfectly safe walking to and from a few restaurants and bars in the area. Also, Craig the owner, was very nice and answered all my questions in a timely manner. All and all a great stay and will try to stay here again the next time I'm in the area.

Wow! First time in Cleveland and in looking at hotels they were expensive and some wanted $40-$55 a night for parking. We tripped over Stone Gables while looking at Google maps, read the reviews and jumped at it. First the location is great, walkable to shops, restaurants and a quick drive or Uber to attractions. . The room we had (Tipton) was wonderful with a sitting room, small dining table for 2, in addition to the very comfortable bedroom and bathroom. We picked up some groceries for breakfast and made use of the very fully equipped and stocked kitchen. After years of travelling in many rental accommodations, this is the best we have stayed in. Oh yes, the parking is a fenced well lit lot, locked over night and free! We used the money we saved with free parking to pay for a great dinner at a pizza place the host recommended.

We stayed a night at Stone Gables Inn - Cleveland. The communication was very clear for check-in and check-out. The building was beautifully decorated with old-world charm while still being modern. Our room was clean and comfortable. We slept great on the soft bed. We also enjoyed the little touches you don't normally get with a hotel stay, such as bottled water in the room and not only coffee available but cream as well. Our only disappointment was that we had just one night there. On our next visit to Cleveland, we will most definitely choose Stone Gables Inn again. Thanks, Craig!

OMG, it couldn’t have been better! We chose Stone Gables because it was close to Lutheran Hospital. It was so close and easy to go back and forth. Craig the host was extremely polite, friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay there again and our daughter comes to Cleveland for Guardians games and was thrilled with our find!! Parking is included with a locked gate at night. Beds were so comfy and the antiques were beautiful. Want to stay this summer and sit in the rocking chairs on the front porch!

We really enjoyed our stay at Stone Gables Inn. I wanted to stay somewhere that was nice, not a big nationwide hotel, and this was the perfect fit for our visit to Cleveland. The Damon Room was charming, the bed was cozy, and we loved the matching decor. Thank you.
