My husband and I celebrated his uncle's 70th birthday at Jack’s Deli, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff went above and beyond to make the occasion special, even joining us to sing happy birthday and presenting him with a brownie, which was a thoughtful touch that made the celebration even more memorable.

I ordered the pickled tongue sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious! The meat was tender, perfectly seasoned, and complemented by the fresh bread. My husband had the lox and latkes and they were such a delicious meal. The pickles and pickled tomatoes were fantastic, offering a tangy, satisfying crunch that paired wonderfully with the sandwich.

We couldn't resist trying some desserts, and the cheesecake and coconut bars were both excellent. The cheesecake was creamy with a rich flavor, while the coconut bars were a delightful sweet treat.

The service was top-notch, with the staff being attentive and friendly throughout our visit. The atmosphere at Jack’s Deli is warm and welcoming, perfect for a family gathering. It's clear that this restaurant values creating a great dining experience for its guests.

The food was amazing! I had a club sammie with macaroni salad, which was amazing (could eat only 1/4 of it) and a bowl of kreplach soup with noodles. Husband had house made hash with potatoes and poached eggs as well as a short stack of pancakes. Our server was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back.

It pains me to write this review as I’ve been a customer of Jack’s for many years. One of my favorites over the years has been scrambled eggs with salami. I visited Jack’s on Sunday to order the same. I sat there for almost an hour before my order came. The person sitting next to me was seated at the same time as me. He received his order and finished it before I even got mine. When I received my order, the pancake style salami and eggs were dry and overcooked. I want to add that the place was not overly crowded and my server was polite. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon.
I was informed that Jack’s was sold to another company recently. If they don’t fix their problems, I give them six months before the place fails and that would be tragic. Boy, do we miss you Gary.

We ordered several items. The traditional pastrami on challah bread was very good. But we found the matzo ball soup and the potato pancake to be too bland. We had a knish that we brought home that after one bite we were done it was that tasteless. We got some chopped herring and chopped liver from the deli counter to take home as well. The herring was good and the jury is still out on the chopped liver.

I normally am not one to leave reviews but all I have to say is WHAT A DISASTER that place is since it was sold! Too much to list here but the workers smell like weed and cigarettes (real appetizing) nobody's friendly and the people working the cash register don't know how to add or subtract. I could go on all day but not worth the aggravation. The day Gary walked out of there was the end of that place! What a SHAME, I've been a loyal customer for over 40 years, no more!
