A fabulous B & B in a beautiful setting. Vanessa and Mike made us so welcome and gave us a great stay in their lovely home. The rooms were spotlessly clean, simply decorated and the bed gave us a restful night’s sleep. We awoke to an amazing breakfast with a huge pot of strong English tea - fantastic! We would definitely recommend their superb property as a top place to stay in the area.

Vanessa and Mike ensured that all our expectations were exceeded and our stay was memorable, comfortable and relaxed. The Hopestead was excellent. Mike and Vanessa were so friendly and enjoyable to talk to. The house is historic, well kept, comfortable, and relaxing. From sitting on the front porch to sitting on the back patio, my wife and I loved our night here. Breakfast was delicious, beds were comfortable, and the place was immaculately cleaned. Only 5 minutes away from Jack Daniel's distillery made it ideal. Can't wait to go back!

Located a few minutes from Lynchburg, TN in a quiet rural setting. Mike and Vanessa are exceptional hosts, and so are the breakfasts! The rooms are very comfortable and clean. We've stayed there the last three years and love our stays.

Vanessa and Michael were lovely and kind hosts. The house felt warm and cozy and we felt comfortable and right at home. There are friendly dogs, cats, and kittens on the property that greeted us when we pulled into the driveway. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the conversation with the hosts was a special touch. Would definitely be back!

This is our second visit to this B and B. We enjoyed it so much the first time we wanted to come back. Vanessa and Michael are perfect hosts and we enjoy talking to them. The breakfast choice is excellent as is the food. It is a quiet country setting, very relaxing. The rooms are spacious and clean.

This bed & breakfast is straight out of a Hallmark movie! My husband and I stopped here on a cross country road trip from Vegas. We were greeted with a house tour and some history on the origin of the house. The B&B was spotless, our rooms were spacious and very accommodating. The hosts were fantastic-so much so that we enjoyed a night cap together while looking out at their beautiful land. They have horses, barn kittens, and 2 adorable dogs. There is no absence of things to do. We would absolutely come here again, and were very bummed we had only 1 night to spend. If it wasn’t for prior commitments, we would have extended our stay! Also-not to mention the rate is very generous considering you get so much more than a room for the night.
