Came to this hotel for training for my job. Staff never cleaned my room while away even when requested twice. Asked to have maintenance fix the air conditioning in my first room and was told to give it 15 minutes. It still hasn’t worked right even after I have left. I asked for clean linens and towels in my first room came back to all of my towels and linens piled on my bed. Immediately requested room change. Staff did not even give me a clean set of towels or washcloths the entire stay I was here. 0/5 Would not recommend

Had a stay here that ended a day earlier than expected. The hotel itself was very nice. Nice workout facility, pool and hot tub! Upon needing to checkout early, the process was seamless and the additional day was refunded. Would absolutely stay here again!

I’ve stayed here many times since it first opened. It has gone downhill in a big way. Will not return.

Housekeeping is shoddy. It’s dirty. Hot tub was disgusting. Pool was freezing. Restaurant was below average. There is better food at any fast food restaurant. Very disappointed.

Room was nice, television system could be more modern. Gym wasn't kept stocked with towels or cleaning supplies. Breakfast was very basic and did not have much variety for something you pay extra for. Overall not bad, it was clean and the staff was nice.

Every interaction we had with staff members was wonderful. They were polite, friendly, and helpful. The lobby was clean and welcoming. And the location is convenient to a number of places in the Akron/Canton area. |Unfortunately, we found numerous issues with our room and the property. After we checked into our room, we found tape hanging from the ceiling, peeling wallpaper, and my wife stepped on a screw that was on the floor (I've included pictures of these things). Otherwise, the room was spacious and had everything we needed in it. When we went to check out, neither elevator was apparently working. We were on the second floor, so it wasn't a big deal, but we left thinking there were so many little issues that just get over looked at this hotel.

DO NOT STAY AT THE CAMBRIA HOTEL!!! If you enjoy ice cold showers and mediocre breakfast than I would say this hotel is for you. Every day I would turn on my shower and give it about 10-15 minutes for it still to be ice cold, not joking. The staff could care less about my problem because they know im here on a business trip and are just waiting for me to leave. I stayed by myself but I would think twice about bringing your family here. The staff doesn’t do anything about people loitering on the patio and smoking pot. The smell in the lobby was strong like weed many nights in a row. Over all this hotel is actually the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and they didn’t seem to mind much. Alright time for my ice cold shower for the 5th day in a row!

Smelled too strong like fabuloso. But at least it was clean. Very nice hotel. Few minor things I wasn’t too keen on. Also I will definitely mention that their side entrance door, the lock that you use your key to unlock to get in does not exist. Aka the door is always open and unlocked. The whole thing appears cut out. This needs fixed ASAP.

Update: my family and I did end up staying at this hotel again. It appears as if the door was fixed.

We came here with our entire soccer team for a tournament. The main reason we chose this hotel was the pool and hot tub. It wasn’t until we got here that they let us know that it was closed. Manager was terrible. His way of problem solving the fact that he didn’t have any more of the rooms I booked was to suggest me and my kids go to another hotel. When I asked my customers who came in after me were given the room, his answer was they called to verify yesterday. Main tv in lobby does not have cable therefore could not play the playoff football games. Terrible cable in the rooms. Very disappointing
