Breakfast was a nice spread. The waffles are good but the lines gets long and backed up and takes away from time that people usually need to get somewhere (such as getting to a soccer tournament) because the waffle maker takes at least 3 minutes for one waffle. I would suggest making waffles ahead of time and keeping them in a warmer for people to take instead of having people make their own. Also cuts down on cleaning up the area since (kids especially) make a big mess of the batter and trash.||Had 3 light bulbs out in the bathroom and I had to call the front desk to replace. Obviously housekeeping is not bothering to tell anyone since they would have noticed it. ||Cleanliness could be way better. The bathroom sink had stuff on the underside of the rim from someone before our stay (like coffee splashes or something darker), which means they are not wiping out the whole sink. The toilet paper holder had what looked like dust, hair, fuzzies, etc in it, where the extra roll of TP sits. We also saw some fingernail clippings in the corner of the room so are they not vacuuming the rooms bathroom shower curtain was pretty shredded where the curtain rings go. ||Microwave lights did not work, and the rotating plate did not work so it is probably dying. ||TV was ok- volume was VERY loud during commercials, but very low during the movie we were watching. The channel guide was also off by one digit (guide said channel 20, but actually had to go to channel 21, etc). Also when we turned the tv on the pedestal to look more to the side of the room, the screen would get fuzzy at times but as long as it stayed facing forward, there were no issues (maybe there is a short in the cord)?||Consider updating the rooms. Carpet was coming up in the hallway, and some tiles in the bathroom were loose by the shower. Lighting is dark in the guest rooms and incredibly dated with the table lamps hanging on the wall that have to all be individually turned on. The wallpaper was a mustard yellow color, textured, and had the palm tree pictures hanging on the wall. This made it darker in the room and really just needs freshening up. Two trash cans in the room (one in room, one in bathroom) and they are pretty small so they get filled up really fast. Consider adding a recycle bin in there for bottles and cans that families consume. We also only had two teas and two decaf coffee pods for the Keurig so I had to go downstairs in the morning to get regular coffee. ||The elevator is at the opposite end of the hall away from the front desk. Everyone has to walk to the far end to get on the elevator then if your room is closer to the front desk, you'll be walking all the way back with your luggage. The side door is nice though because it is right next to the elevator. ||We did not visit the pool because older kids were in there taking over and horsing around.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and we had a very positive experience. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. Hope, from the front desk was super helpful. Mrs. Linda, the breakfast attendant, was so sweet and hardworking. Ricky, the maintenance man, was extremely helpful and very attentive. The property inside and out, was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately there was a soccer tournament staying here. The coaches/parents let the kids run up and down the halls until 10:00pm at night. The desk clerk tried, but to no avail.
The second night was only worse.
The breakfast clerk was fantastic. We normally don't have a problem here. This time was horrible.

This was one of my better hotel stays. Room was very comfortable. There was a sufficiently varied breakfast that did not run out of most food in the last 30 minutes it was open. Nice, clean, standard fitness room (didn't get to spend time in the pool, which is also a plus). The cleaning staff we walked past as we went to breakfast and then to check out was friendly. But I'm burying the lead: I had accidentally reserved a room for the wrong day (no-showed), so when I got there I had to book another reservation. The front desk person kindly suggested I try reaching out to the manager, so I did, and though it was entirely my fault for booking the wrong day, Rushil Patel refunded the first day when I asked. He did not have to do that, but it is extremely appreciated. Thank you, Best Western, if I stay down there again I won't go anywhere else!

I met a very lovely woman by the name of Hope during check in; A many times she'd helped me after. I must say, Hope is very attentive to the front desk and anybody's needs!!
Thank you to the staff that hires the employees here because Hope is absolutely amazing!
This establishment is almost directly off the interstate, so it's an easy on and easy off. There is plenty to eat around within walking distance. It's really not even noisy at all from the vehicles on the interstate!
Bathroom is perfectly clean, beds are properly made, I've not lay down on them yet to know if they are comfy; or if the pillows are comfy but they look to be so.
The Keurig coffee station In the room is clean and stocked. No white residue or grinds, like you find in other places.
I will definitely stay at this establishment again..

The hotel was clean and decor was attractive. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was appreciated. ||I was a little concerned because the place across the street looked shady. The guest services rep who checked me in kindly suggested a safer parking spot. I need not to have worried. I would stay here again.

Positive: Room was clean and breakfast was better than average hotel fodder. Negative: Been staying here for a decade and watched it go down hill. Room was clean but needs updated. Shower needed caulked, drywall seams needed patched, toilet wobbled and needed re-set. Also used to have a wonderful hottub but removed it for "safety reasons"

This was a great experience from check in to check out. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. We didn't hear any noise at all! The breakfast was terrific. The coffee machine which offered many choices was great. |Would definitely recommend this hotel.
