Went there to try their pop up flavor Biscoff cookie.we were so excited so we got two pints, took them home and started eating and there was a very very tiny amount of biscoff in the ice cream. From the pictures they show of the ice cream I was expecting swirls of biscoff throughout but instead it was basically like eating a pint of vanilla. Wrote them a email to let them know about our experience but they don’t care about customer feedback so they never responded. We will go to Sals gelato from now on and get the cinnamon roll flavor it’s soooo good.

Huge shout out to Melody and her team at @pavscreamery in Green for going above and beyond to make this Mother’s Day special for my Mom. After more than making up for a technical issue she personally delivered this delicious cake herself just in time for dessert! Everyone who knows anything about NEO knows Pav’s is the best and this is just the proof in the ice-cream-cake pudding. ❤️🍦🎂

First time at this location. Ice cream is fantastic. Picked up an Akron souvenir deck of playing cards ($20) while I was there. Great service with outdoor seating.

2017. Update: INCONSISTENCY 😡🤢, big disappointed, been here at least twice a week every time back Ohio, this trip many times I got only 90% of what I should have, this time even worse, 40 % of it was butter scotch. Really!? Where is the ice cream that I ordered. Don’t know how to eat it, still in my freezer.

2010-2016 Love the seasonal fresh fruit wonderful flavor, nice to have no sugar added flavor.

Delicious and interesting ice cream, sorbet, and milkshakes! I’ve yet to try the alcoholic adult shakes but they sound delicious as well. So far my favorite shake has been the butterbeer, but the pb chocolate was great too.

Pav's on Massillon Rd. in Green, OH, though not the original, is just as great. Staff are always friendly, the place is always clean, and the ice cream is always top-notch.

This last pass through Pav's I had Nutella S'Mores and if I had less self control I may have crawled over the counter and stuck my head in the carton to clean it out. 😁

PLEASE KEEP the Hippy Hippy Shake (and vegan cookies and cream) on the menu FOREVER 😭
I can’t tolerate dairy and I want to CRY 😭 this is SO GOOD. (I switched the vegan mint chocolate chip out for the vc&c.)
I’m so happy we live close by!!!! See you minimum weekly Pavs!!!! I’m going to have dreams about this it’s THAT good 👍🏼
