The wife and I walk in to get some dinner, no greeting but two sets of eyes staring at us. One worker a female walks literally around us to go fill a bin full of ice, then a male worker which I assume was a want to be manager as he didn’t want to take our order either. That’s when I said never mind we won’t burden you guys. It’s a wonder they are closing up. These workers need to understand the customer pays their paycheck and they should give much better customer service. Also smelled like urine and the floor was wet and sticky.

Today was my first time, and I left without food. I walked in cheerful and with a smile. The young kids working there all had frowns on their faces. I asked a question, and they all stared silently back at me with no answer. Finally, I approached the young man, making the burritos. I repeated my question to him, and he answered politely. He was the only one with a smile. I explained to him that I am a trucker and that I could only eat half the burrito and did not want my burrito exploding open. I asked if I could have two tortillas, and I would gladly pay for the second tortilla, but only half the stuffing for one burrito into each tortilla. He told me that could be done. Especially because I was willing to pay for the second tortilla and tip for the inconvenience of the workers. I got all the way down to the end and was ready to pay. The young boy who was frowning told me that he had to charge me for two burritos. I explained what I did. Even the young boy who made my burrito explained that I only had half the stuffing in each tortilla. The young man trying to double charge me argued with me. I told him that I had no problem paying for the extra tortilla. He continued to argue with me and told me he had no choice. He was not reasonable at all. If I wanted to pay for two burritos. I would have paid to have a bowl and the tortillas on the side. I will never experience this place because I will never give my business to it. They hire ungrateful, nasty young people who have no idea how the service industry works. I have worked in the service industry. I worked in the service industry back in the day when you had to do it with a smile or you would lose your job. I did not expect tips for bad service.Like the kids do these days. I don't believe these young people should lose their job. But I believe they need training. I believe they need to understand that's the best way to get a good tip is to smile and be friendly and helpful. I recommend people stay away from this place. Chipolte has never tried to charge me double for doing the same thing.And although their staff does not smile very often. They are much friendlier and helpful.

We absolutely love this location! A lot of young kids working but they all work so well together! The staff is very friendly and always making us laugh when we go in! We always like having the same people make our food, and go out of our way just to see the employees at this location! I usually get a bowl with double rice, double chicken, corn, and onions. The Chlula sauce is hot but good! I like to go home and add Buffalo sauce to my bowl! We love coming here and visit quite often!

I'm very disappointed with this place! Service was terrible. The older gentleman there had a nasty attitude. I don't think he knew what he was doing. I asked to add chicken to the Veggie bowl because that bowl was exactly what I wanted, and he told me I couldn't do that. That doesn't make sense because in the app, you are allowed to customize any bowl. My boyfriend and I believe he just didn't wanna be there today. The bowl I ended up getting was cheaper than the Veggie bowl. We are willing to pay the extra money for everything we would have ordered, but he was dismissive and gave us the cold shoulder and a nasty attitude. Probably will try another Hotheads for better service.

Flipped a coin in the parking lot to decide between jimmy johns and hotheads. The coin was cursed. This place tastes like an amateur making Mexican food at a family get together. I am fairly certain the tortillas are purchased at acme. The rice is crunchier than a bowl of Frosted Flakes.

Worst ever. Order was wrong. Bowls were half full. Left a nasty note on receipt. Go to Chipotle that is next door if you want food.

Nothing like ordering a quesadilla online for pickup and getting a Burrito. How do you confuse the two? Then my fiancé's burrito had half the ingredients she wanted and half random things we won't eat smh. The actual part of the meal we got to eat was decent but the making of the items was terrible for us.

I thought I'd try something a little different and away from home. I tried 2 of their deluxe dishes, Chicken Power Bowl and a Smothered Burrito. Unfortunately I bit into something very hard and I couldn't explain what it was. I had 2 hard unidentified objects, that I couldn't tell if it was metal or glass. I pulled it out my mouth to examine it. Once I couldn't tell, I threw the sandwiches away. Unfortunately the sandwich I bit into had a flavor I didn't expect, but that's just me, some people may like it. It overpowered the meat flavor. Sorry, I won't be going back. Some might ask, why didn't you complain to the manager/ owner? There was nothing they Could do after that experience. I won't return, and I was hoping to find a special place, but I didn't.
