Absolutely amazing experience!!!!! My fiancé and I recently booked with PC Events Catering for our engagement party and we will most definitely be booking with them again for our wedding. Kevin was absolutely amazing to work with and helped guide us as to how much food we should order and what the guests would like. We decided to mainly have appetizers and it was a big success! The spinach dip and lump crab meat dip were a huge hit, we didn't have any leftovers! The spinach and cheese stuffed mushrooms, stuffed breaded chicken, bacon wrapped water chestnuts were also heavy hitters and a crowd favorite. I cannot stress enough about how amazing Kevin, Diane, and Nancy were to work with. They were completely understanding of everything and truly made us and our event feel special. This was my first time ordering from a catering company and I could not be happier with the results. If you're considering a caterer for any event BOOK WITH PC EVENTS CATERING!!!!!!!!!!

IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A GREAT HIGH QUALITY CATERER WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE, STOP AND LOOK NO FURTHER!!! It’s too bad that I can’t leave more than 5 stars as PC Events catering provides some of the best service and food you could ask for. Their creamy parm chicken is a favorite of me and my fiancé and the prime rib was cooked perfectly. Kevin, Nancy and Diane were very pleasant to deal with. Kevin is a die hard buckeye like myself and was able to provide buckeye color linens, buckeye candies for my event. Essentially anything I asked for he was able to provide. We had only 3 guests who had gluten allergies and he ensured they would be taken care of and they were. The employees even switched out their gloves for the guests with allergies (most food restaurants don’t bother so this level of professionalism just showcases how much their team care for the guests). Kevin was also able to consistently provide me with updated contracts weekly leading up to the event so I could ensure smooth updates as I was on a strict budget but Kevin was able to accommodate that budget. Jen, Donna, Randy Alyssa, chuck and Travis did a fantastic job and I can’t thank them enough for contributing to our buckeye themed event! We will definitely be using PC Events again and we recommend you do the same !

I have used catering services all over central ohio for years, and there is not another catering service that can provide the expertise, stress-free, and 5 star menu options, all at very reasonable prices.

The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect from start to finish.

The food was absolutely phenomenal, every dish was perfectly prepared and presented, and guests couldn't stop raving about it. Some even asked for more!! Haha!

We booked PC Events for our wedding of 150 people in Hocking Hills last month and were very happy with their crew the day of. They are slightly difficult to reach via phone/email but overall it was a good experience. Their team was AMAZING the day of. The crew made sure me and my husband had enough to eat and got to taste all the foods, made us a plate at dinner, and set aside a plate for us from the cocktail hour while we were out taking pictures! Their team did great with the setup and tear down. We were very pleased.

We were able to pick up the linens a day before and return them after the wedding ourselves which saved us a lot of time and stress the day of the wedding. The food was great, we were recommended the meatballs which was a wonderful suggestion. We got to taste test prior to picking out the items which helped us with our choices. We did think we were going to sit down with a rep and go over our options/details at the taste test but instead, they just had the food in to-go containers and we got to try them at home and report back - not a big deal. The only downside was the unexpected food inflation cost that was added to the invoice the week before the wedding which was $7 more per person.

We would recommend PC Events as a vendor.

Worst experience with a company I have ever had. On 9/29/24 I spoke with Kevin because I was interested in having them cater but he was unable to give me a price estimate on the phone. On that day he took down my card info but said I would receive an invoice/ contract within a couple days and after I sign I would have to fill out the card info again. On 9/30/24 my card was charged $2250 and I just received the money back after filing a chargeback with my bank. This has been an absolute nightmare where I have been bullied and threatened by Kevin/ Nancy for nearly 3 months.

I immediately called Kevin and left a voicemail asking what that was for. He texted and said he was busy and that it was for my deposit. To which I responded I never received any paperwork. He told me to check my spam and I asked to speak to his manager since he said he was in a meeting for several hours. I never got any call and then later that night I received the paperwork. I saw the price estimate and because of how I was treated I was no longer interested in working with them. I never signed anything. Kevin said I would receive a refund in 10 business days or less. 9 business days go by and I follow up. I also follow up on the 10th business days on 10/15. No response from phone calls, emails or texts. I then left a negative review and filed a chargeback with my bank. That evening I received the below email from Nancy. I since took down my original review on the advice of a lawyer until the bank sided with me. To my original review they said I was a former employee and was lying. I updated my review to include screenshots of emails and texts proving I’m not a former employee. I responded to their email and didn’t get a response until I got this email from Kevin. I questioned this response and told him I will not be signing a refund form because I never signed a contract in the first place. told him to send it over and I would look at it. I never received anything. On November 4th they must have been notified by my bank that I filed a chargeback. I received this email. My review was not slander it was the truth. My bank has said they haven’t received a response from PC events. They tried to offer me another time to take my reviews down for a $150 Amazon gift card which I declined. And then we had no contact until November 18th when I deleted my reviews and they sent the last email. I never responded and finally the bank has sided with me.

Although certain aspects of my experience with PC Catering were positive, I unfortunately would not recommend using them.

- Server: 5 out of 5 stars. Jen was on time, professional, and kind. She made sure things ran smoothly and was eager to help. She is a lovely person.
- Food: 3 out of 5 stars. The food was just okay.
- Invoicing/Billing: 1 out of 5 stars. PC charged my credit card twice without telling me in advance how much I would be charged, what I was being charged for, or when I would be charged. When I inquired about these charges, I was told that one was for a deposit and the other was to pay my remaining balance; however, the sum of the two charges equaled several hundred dollars more than the total on my invoice. When I asked about this discrepancy, they said I'd be refunded later. When I asked when I'd receive a refund, I got no response. On multiple occasions, PC said they would send me updated information or call me to answer questions by a specific date but did not do so until I followed up again. Additionally, they calculated things incorrectly on my invoice which I then had to ensure they fixed. They also charged me a 5.85% fee for using my American Express card without advance warning or explanation; if I would have known, I would have used my debit card or another credit card with a lower fee. When I asked about this fee after being charged, PC sent me a link to a Policy page on their website. This information should have been communicated to me when we discussed pricing and payment and should have been listed on the Credit Card Authorization form I had to sign instead of being hidden among a long list of other policies on their website. (Also, their website showed a maximum fee of 5.65%, not 5.85%.) All of this leading up to the event made the experience extremely stressful.

I was a guest at a wedding that was catered by PC events this weekend. While the food was very good, I overheard one of the workers (older lady with short hair) telling the DJ that this “wasn’t her problem” people were leaving because dinner couldn’t start 7 minutes earlier than the contract said. Mind you, we could see all the food sitting on warmers & the workers standing, & waiting for people to line up. I also personally witnessed & heard the same woman being rude to the bride & her mom & SAW her make a very rude face when they walked away. Witnessing this as a guest of the wedding was extremely unprofessional to me. The only reason I’m giving them two stars is because the food was good.

This review doesn’t not pertain to the quality of food or service offered the day of the event. However with how this company reacts to a mistake they made on their part I could not in good faith recommend them to anyone.
Following are the series of events that lead to this conclusion
My Fiance and I are currently planning our wedding reception. This company came highly recommended from the venue we had chosen so we put in an online inquiry.
We wanted a few of their late night snack stations. The rep emailed us back promptly and basically told us they do not do just snack stations as they are in his words “not profitable to them”. We talked about 5-6 different ones we would like and he stated that he needed a card number to save the date, they will get an estimate together and notify us of the deposit amount. Once we have that we will sign and re-enter a card number to confirm the deposit charge.
The weekend goes by and we have no documents. Checked spam etc, that Monday we were charged $2250. We did not have any documentation. We worked on reaching out to the rep we talked to and had no response until later that evening. Apparently the staff member had the wrong email and that is why we did not get said documents. We understood that is a simple mistake and if the estimate we did receive was within our means we would proceed. The estimate was over $6k and not what we were expecting. So we asked for a refund for the amount of $2250 that was charged. The rep said we would have a refund in 7-10 business days. Fast forward to day 12 of no refund. We reached out via call, text and email and had no response. So we wrote a review going over the situation. The company promptly responded to this, with a very snarky response saying how we are lying and this is fake and how we may be an ex disgruntled employee. They have changed their response since and we do have record of both responses. They also sent an email to us advising they forwarded the review to their legal team and we should get a lawyer. This response is in direct violation of the Consumer Review Fairness Act. They also clearly stated they sent us a request for refund form ( they did not) and because of our review they are not refunding us the money they took without our authorization.. We have been dealing with this for almost a month, the only contact we have had from this company after they agreed to refund us has been the google review response and 1 email threatening us. No return calls from either the office number listed on google or the singular phone number on the site.
