We loved everything about our stay here at Heritage House! Kate was so friendly and kind and her parents were so sweet! We were made a full handmade breakfast the next morning and it was just lovely. Everything looks so nice and the aesthetic is super cozy like a true farm house should be!

We attended a meal after a funeral in their barn that's behind the beautiful house. Spacious, all wood beams and ceiling that seemed to be forty feet high.
This would be perfect for groups of what could be 50-60 people. It's obvious that the owners of the property knew what they wanted to do. Located outside a quiet little town of Chesterville, a few miles from I-71 N/S

Kate and Jeff are lovely people who have created a beautiful and serene space. My husband and I stayed in the Chapman room for four evenings. The decor is tastefully done and is very welcoming. We enjoyed our evenings on the back deck. The common areas are comfy and inviting. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.||||The B & B only serves breakfast at the home on Saturday mornings, but Sunday through Friday guests receive a voucher for up to $8 per person toward breakfast at a wonderful bakery just a mile down the road. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning meals.||||The only thing to note is that the house is located right on Route 95 and there is traffic noise late into the evening then again early morning (around 4 am). The traffic didn't bother me, but it did keep my husband awake.||||I would book these gorgeous accommodations again!

I had an appointment in the area when a major snowstorm was expected, so I decided it was safer to be already there than to travel in the storm. Besides, a few days of cozy, warm, beautiful surroundings seemed like a nice retreat. The place is beautiful and well kept, the food from 8 Sisters was great, beds soft, kitchen in excellent condition, building warm, pleasant, and beautiful. As it turned out, going early and staying here was a good decision: this area was completely prepared to deal with snowstorm when nearby cities were not, and I had a couple days of peace and relaxation.

Beautiful historic home, and beautifully modernized. Extremely helpful and kind hosts. We adored the bakery where we had breakfast, and when we notified Kate that we would be checking out too early for breakfast due to an early flight, she was kind enough to pack us breakfast to go. The bed was extremely comfortable and we loved having WiFi available. We will definitely be staying again on our next visit.

Absolutely beautiful, with a rustic flare, touched with a modern but country graceful living accommodations! Very comfortable sleeping arrangements with impressive woodwork and decor! Very comfortable, very homey and very clean! Definitely THE TOP OF THE LINE B&B’s in the area and one of the nicest we’ve been to! Thanks for the lovely stay Kate and Jeff!

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday. What a lovely Inn. Very comfortable, clean, stylish and decorated so nicely. I loved the room and the house. The innkeeper was very easy to reach and friendly. She kindly left continental breakfast for us each day we couldn't use a voucher. I would highly recommend and hope to return some day,

We recommend Heritage House whole-heartedly! It’s decorated beautifully and the owner is so nice. We needed a cozy spot to land after a funeral and this restored 1880’s farmhouse was perfect. The family history behind the love in this home is wonderful. Super clean suite and comfortable bed with personal touches everywhere. Do yourself a favor and plan a stay at Heritage House if you are in the area.
