The room was clean. Could not take a bath. Bathroom was very old felt like a/c was on. Bed had a very thin blanket and room was chill. Attendant was acting like it was a burden to check me in. And when asked for extra blanket they don't do that and all the vending machines was broken. Price changed from reservation to check out by $30.

Horrible Visit I complained Because my microwave was busted staff were like well uhh shouldn't you Leave then i said I Paid? They said so I asked for a refund They said NO! ripped my card in half I am Sueing this hotel bed bugs on the beds walls are moldy AC crusty moldy busted windows is taped with cracks where bugs comes In walls are brown like a trailer so Cheap where they can't paint a wall? WALL TILES FALLING OUT roof tiles hanging rats crawling out the toilet pipes bathtub busted sink doesn't works toilet u need flush like a thousand times for it to go down every time u flush it clogs and spills!

We stayed here for a night.
The price was great compared to everyone else close by. The room was very clean. I checked the mattress upon arrival, and it looked brand new. The tv worked. The shower was hot. And the AC and heat both came in handy during the fall weather. No one bothered us while we were there. It was a great stay.
Booking was a little strange. I called ahead, and the lady was having a hard time understanding me and we kept getting disconnected. She ended up just taking my name and number and we booked when we got there at midnight. They didn’t want to book over the phone which is fine. I just wanted to make sure we had somewhere to stay for the night.

I called ahead to reserve a room. We were coming in late. The owner was very kind and accommodating. It's a quiet location with a Marathon next door. The room was cozy and beyond clean. The beds were comfortable. We slept like babies. I highly recommend Falls Inn.

The owner is dishonest. He quoted a different amount over the phone and then increased it when we arrived. He even came out from the back to the parking lot to make sure we left the premises. I guess he didn't like someone calling him out then refusing to book a room because of his dishonesty.

We stayed one night while on a 34 hour reset. There is plenty of truck parking across the way for semis at the nearby fuel station. Our room was very clean. The first thing I noticed was the room smelled very nice. The water in the shower was nice and hot and the bed was super comfy. The check in process was quick and easy and the owners were helpful and friendly. Would stay again if passing through.

We arrived at 2:30 AM and the front desk staff member was able to meet us. It was a quick check in. The room was clean and well furnished. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The water was clean and the shower was warm. Overall a great quick stay on our way through. Great value for the money.

A friend and myself were fishing a tournament at Mosquito Lake and we each got a room for one night. We were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were very clean and the gentleman at the office could not have been more helpful. The had great parking and a place to plug in our boat. I would highly recommend this motel. A great deal for the money.
