I stay at this hotel for work quite often. The staff is amazing! Everyone is super friendly and helpful with whatever needs we may have. Whether it is Patricia, Lynn, or Rona, I know that there will always be a friendly face ready to assist with any needs that I may have when I arrive! The hotel is always clean and neat, and the free breakfast is awesome!

We used to stay at this hotel until the price increase. Dont understand it. Last year we stayed at the Hampton Inn and this year we may try The Comfort Inn Suites. Price matters. Dont get me wrong we love this hotel but we just cant afford this for a weeks stay

Hotel management allows EV vehicles to double park handicapped spots when EV spots aren’t available however, I parked In an EV spot because I didn’t see any where else to park and was threatened with being towed and when questioned if there weren’t any open spots could I park in handicap (I wouldn’t but for sake of argument) I was abruptly told no I would not be able to… interesting take on all of it. I’ve also added the Ohio Code for private property that’s outlines the handicap parking rules so maybe they can educate themselves

This hotel is a great place to stay. It is very close to Jimmy Johns, Arby's, and a Walmart. The room we stayed in had two queen beds, a complete kitchen, dishwasher, and a sofa bed. We were able to make a microwave dinner and enjoy the dinner in our room. The kitchen area has a full plate ware and silverware set. You are able to ask the front desk for a hot plate as well. The hotel offers breakfast from 7a-10a on the weekends and there was always plenty of food to chose from. They had oatmeal, bagels, waffles, cereal, eggs, etc. There was coffee, hot water, and juice to drink. The pool was the best Hilton pool that we have ever seen. The saline pool was incredibly clean, the water temperature was perfect, and there was always enough towels by the pool. We come to this area once a year and are so glad to have found this wonderful hotel. We are already planning our next visit for next year.

As Hilton Honors members, we have stayed at this hotel for many times over the years while visiting our son and his family. That was until our most recent visit where we experienced a situation of substandard service. The details of the incident are now irrelevant, what is most notable is the follow up that the Assistant Manager Roma provided. Unlike most having to listen a complaint, she was clearly attentive and concerned, recognizing how inappropriate the situation was and providing us with the confidence that she would address it. She even made a follow up call to again apologize for the negative experience. Our thanks to Roma for going above and beyond!!

Our stay at Hilton's Home2 in Marysville was a pleasure. Starting with the young woman behind the desk, Katelin, who was knowledgable, kind and efficient with my reservation. The property and the rooms are very clean, updated with great amenities: workout room, pool, outdoor gas grills and plenty of outdoor seating. The room was spotless and had not only refrigerator microwave and dishwasher but also enough room to seat 4 at a table.
Glad this is a pet friendly hotel (up to a certain weight limit I believe). And there's enough lawn outside to walk them. Overall this set the standard for me for extended stay suites.
