Best choice for breakfast, lunch, brunch, or dinner. My lovely husband picked CHOP N FRESH for our lunch on a trip to Birmingham. Delicious and organic food! We both had the Sweet Bowl Alabama!? It was delicious! Then, the owner offered us a soup, which my husband picked. She did NOT charge us for it even though we were ready to pay! Soup ?was also delicious ? service was awesome! We will definitely come back to CHOP N FRESH on our next Birmingham trip.?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were traveling to PCB from Missouri & didn't want fried food or fast food. We wanted something fresh. This place popped up in our search. First, this town is BEAUTIFUL, and I can't wait to stop by again on our way back. This restaurant was so much more than I expected! The people working there were helpful & patient as we decided what we wanted. The inside seating was very inviting, with big windows to see the cute town. I ordered the Sweet Bowl Alabama, my daughter ordered the Mexican one (can't remember the name), and my mom & brother ordered the Southwestern salad. We ALL 4 LOVED our salads. They were huge, so flavorful, and you can even build your own custom salad. I wish I had one of these where I lived!

We stopped there on our way from Memphis to Atlanta for a quick lunch. The place was spotless, the food was super tasty and most of all the staff greeted us warmly and offered great food recommendations. It's a great for people who follow a strict gluten free diet: 99% percent of the menu is gluten free. We need more places like this all around. If we lived in the area, we'd be regulars!

Ingredients were super fresh and flavorful. Great selection of veggies/toppings. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant and nice area. A bit pricey ($35 for 2 custom salads and one drink) but worth it! Not a daily restaurant to go to but definitely worth visiting/checking out.

Tried Chop n Fresh for the first time and I love it! I ordered a custom bowl to-go and it was easy to pick and choose my favs. The staff was so friendly. I couldn’t decide on what dressing to put on top, so the lady who was helping me let me sample a few. I also got a free drink by showing them that I’m leaving this review. I live 30 min away, but this will be on my to-eat list any time I’m in the area. 🙂
