We were traveling home when we got caught up in a freezing rain storm where the Ohio Turnpike became dangerous to drive on, passing numerous cars upside down, on their side, and/or in the ditch. We ended up stopping at this hotel because it was the closest and right off the turnpike. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind, found a small discount for me, and made us feel very welcome. I let him know the sidewalks were also icy so he went right out and scraped/salted the best he could. We also had not had dinner and didn't want to go out in the weather again so we bought TV dinners from the pantry. The gentlemen at the front desk was again very helpful letting us know the local pizza place would deliver (we chose not to order and make anyone drive on the roads)! My son then enjoyed the pool. It was small but worked for getting wet and making the best of the night not home. In the morning, breakfast was hot, we had numerous options, and was included, so we definitely saw it as a win. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall, a good night to our last minute stop due to weather/road conditions.

I was very happy with the room decor and accomodations...with large bathtub,extra large vanity,and full size toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the variety of pillows was a nice touch. In addition,the chase lounge was perfect for reading and watching tv. I really appreciated the built in bench for use while unpacking and storage of luggage

The bed was super comfortable. The shower was really hot. Rooms were clean. I enjoyed that the bed had two different pillow densities to use. Breakfast options were good. I would stay here again.

The hotel is a little past mid-way on our trip to Michigan. Staff is counterions and friendly. The room was clean with quite a few amenities. The lounge chair was awkward to use so it became a suitcase butler. Wi-Fi worked well and was easy to use. The delivery options were more than I expected and welcomed after a day on the road. Gas station is close by and they do offer alcoholic beverages as well as a wide variety of snacks. While Cranberry, PA has more hotel options I like that I am an hour closer to our destination at this holel.

Miserable experience. Defective toilet ran ALL NIGHT keeping me and our service animal awake. I had to speak at event next day after virtually no sleep. Room cleanliness sketchy. Bathroom sink was clogged, etc. No maintenance available. GM has refused to honor request for a call from check out and couple calls since then. After blistering survey, I was offered a “whopping” 3,000 points. It takes 47,000 for a night like tonight. IHG Customer Relations today just made matters worse.

the staff was very friendly realy liked my room everything was very new looking. i realy like the soap and shampoo and lotion despensers. the breakfast area could have been cleaned a little better inbetween people sitting down to eat. the table were left dirty for the next people.

The staff at this hotel are wonderfully friendly and helpful. We stayed here twice - on the way to NJ and on the way back - and they remembered us! We enjoyed watching the cats frolic behind the hotel and were able to park right by the door. There are lots of TV options and we were able to find our usual views.

Plus, Newton Falls is the prettiest little old-timey town, with lots of active businesses and Christmas lights everywhere. It was so pretty! What a great break from the hustle bustle of NJ.

The only problem we had was the heater... it was set to 64 but it felt way too warm, and we were too tired to think about turning on the fan continuous, which is what we did in our earlier stay.

Will definitely recommend and will stay here again.

The Cleanliness of this hotel is always very clean.The Staff is friendly and helpful. Proximity of the hotel to our destination is very convenient. This Hotel is much nicer than surrounding hotels. They have earned our business for future stays. Thank you
