Been coming here for years. Consistent quality, which is fantastic.

They have milk substitutes, I typically get oat milk. Their brews are always well balanced, never over-steamed. For their flavorings, they don't do overpowering and I like to try their seasonal offerings.

Small, cozy. Lots of local information and engagement inckuding community postings, art and products, donation bins, and engaging other local businesses in their product.

The only minor inconvenience is the size is small so you wait in a bit of a shuffling-line trying to stay out of the way of other patrons, but nothibg major. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Highly recommend.

What a great find! A unique little coffee house. The decor is eclectic, and I appreciated all the touches of art hung here and there. It was low key and comfortable. The coffee was delicious! I'm not from this area, my son and I just lucked into finding this gem of a place. So, if you are near Dayton and want some good coffee and nice atmosphere, stop in here, it is so worth your time.

A group of our friends stopped by this coffee shop during our trip to Dayton, as we thought it had decent reviews. We should have read them more closely. Although the coffee and food was okay, it took over 45 minutes for the 4 of us to get all our orders to go. While we waited, we watched the staff make coffees out of order and do everything but make our cappuccino/lattes. After 30 minutes, we asked where our coffees were and they told us we were the next order up, then watched the staff proceed to clean and dilly dally for 10 minutes before getting back to making orders. Not sure why there was no sense of urgency to give customers their coffees to-go after they have been clearly waiting an excessive amount of time. If you have an hour to kill, I would recommend spending it somewhere else and support another local shop. The coffee was not even worth the wait. Highly disappointed. We will not be coming back.

I’ve enjoyed coffee shops in multiple states within the eastern time zone but in a single visit Ghostlight Coffee skyrocketed to elite “Top Two” status. What do I love about Ghostlight? First, the atmosphere is very chill and unique with its goth/grunge/steampunk influences. Second, my lumberjack latte was made incredibly well and the menu boasts multiple offerings — even alcohol for those who take their coffee Irish — that I predict will have me going somewhat out of my way in the future whenever it’s even slightly justifiable. Third, little touches like feminine hygiene products in the bathroom signal thoughtfulness and, while obviously I have no need of such things, my girlfriend easily could have, so I appreciated her having the option. I’d give six stars if I could. Venture into Ghostlight today!

~*I adore this coffee shop. This was one of the best coffee beverages I’ve ever had. I’m typically a black coffee drinker but stepped out of the comfort zone for an amazing surprise.

Delicious the baristas always make sure to take their time and make your drink exactly how it is supposed to taste!! They never overpower the drinks here with too much flavor other shops I visit sometimes go overboard on the flavors and you can’t even taste the coffee here is the perfect balance of your drink choice and flavor always delicious and comforting ❤️

Used to love this place... last three times I have tried to go they haven't been open during their posted hours. Been going here for like 10 years. Sad to say it's time to find a new coffee shop.
