We make this stop a priority when visiting our daughter at UD. The food is beautiful, delicious, and memorable. Yes, the service can be slow due to staffing but it's worth the wait. The Greek salad is beautiful and so good. My husband gets the Greek pasta and this past trip my daughter got the lamb shank. The meat falls off the bone and is so tasty. I wish this restaurant was closer to our home because we would definitely go once a week. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

An absolute must try in Dayton. This is the best Mediterranean food and probably one of the best restaurants in Dayton. The food is five stars the service 5 stars. Atmosphere five stars everything about this place is phenomenal. I don’t think I’ve had better Mediterranean food anywhere in the United States. The lamb shank the lamb kebab the chicken Sauté The pistachio baklava all amazing. This is a must visit!!

Cafe Terra is an amazing restaurant!
The staff was courteous and went above and beyond for us. We began with Turkish tea (not pictured) and hummus plate. I have a large band to feed so we ordered a variety of their best dishes to go including Red Snapper, Branzino, Ribeye kabobs, Chicken kabobs, and absolutely savory grilled chicken thighs. While I waited I was treated to many dishes that were not on the menu!
There was this Greek pasta dish that was like the best comfort food I ever had! The server/owner promised this dish would be on the menu next time I come in! And I’ll definitely be in again. This place rocks!
I fed my band a special dinner to celebrate the completion of an album. I definitely selected the correct place to get it from. While I waited I was also gifted a delicious eggplant dish as well as an Egyptian pumpkin dessert. I never liked eggplant so much in my life! The latter tasted amazing with Turkish coffee.
My band’s favorites were the Red Snapper, the Chicken Thighs, and the chicken kabobs.
10/10 perfection!

The food was soooo good. Probably the best mediterranean food I’ve ever had. Our waiter was so kind, the service was great!!!! The restaurant itself is cozy and welcoming. Must try the baklava (made in house) it was amazing.

Fabulous Mediterranean Restaurant. This place could easily survive in a Greek town like Tarpon Springs or in a place full of competive Mediterranean Restaurants, such as DC.

The Greek Salad was good portion and fresh. The house made dressing and quality feta all combined perfectly for their to be delightful. Looking forward to adding Salmon or Gyro or Lamb next time to this masterpiece.

The guide of veggies were nice and the pita bread soft, warm and flavorful.

The Special Beyti Kebap was different and very nice. The ground lamb inside cooked and spiced nicely into a thin pita-like wrap. I'll call it a Greek Enchilada. Very nice.

Will defintely return. Looking forward to the lamb and some fresh fish on future visits.

Lovely food and amazing service! The owner took such good care of us and let us try peach orange tea and baklava. Must try if you are in the area. Definitely worth a special trip. 15/10 recommend.

We got gyro w/ Greek fries and pistachio baklava. All were amazing! We sat there for a few hours hanging out and the server was so extremely nice! Even made us some tea which was also very good! Will absolutely be back!

PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!!!

First off, we immediately felt that we walked into a very nice restaurant — decorations, furniture, and vibe. The food was great and the service was second to none. Our server was attentive, but the gentleman with the shaved head, seemingly the manager or owner, was awesome! He really added to the experience and I could tell he cared A LOT about the customer experience — 10/10, would recommend!
