It was our first time at Nutmeg Cafe and it was a great experience! The server behind the counter was so helpful in providing us with help and suggestions! We had the almond torte and coffee cake, both were amazing! The almond torte was so moist. The sandwich however was soooo good. They mentioned that they homemade the English muffin!! It was buttery and crunchy on the outside. The sausage and egg were so flavorful! I wish we lived closer because I would be ordering that breakfast sandwich every day! They also had a special of the Strawberry Bread Pudding, and that was to die for as well! My husband loves trying lattes at different coffee shops and mentioned that this was the best latte he has had in a long time! When we are in the area we will definitely be back!

LOVE LOVE LOVED everything about this cafe! They are so welcoming. I met up with a girlfriend and we probably overstayed our welcome, but they did not pressure us in anyway to leave. So thank you so much for letting two girlfriends just jabber away after we ate! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a calming and inviting atmosphere with amazing food and drinks!

I’m excited to come back for a work meeting here in a couple of weeks to try something else!

This cafe is so tiny, but to me that makes it super cozy. The Latte was so good, I got a Butterscotch and Toasted Marshmallow. I also got a ham and cheese quiche that tasted really good. It was fully cooked, warm all the way through. They also loved my baby, Camilla, and immediately made us both feel welcome and when I mentioned it was our first time, the cashier quickly and politely explained the menus to me (which I was grateful for). I am absolutely already telling my coffee loving friends and WILL be back!

Coffee fan and visiting from California. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a big smile. Jazz music lightly playing and the smell of roasted coffee hit all the senses. I tried the cardamom bun and it was Amazing! My French Guatemala pour over coffee has me over the moon. You have to try this place.

Nutmeg is my favorite restaurant. The staff is wonderful. The seeing is cozy and intimate. But the food! Amazing! I haven't found another place that is so good. I've tried a lot of the menu at this point. I love the breakfast sandwich, pancakes, yogurt parfait, and chicken salad! The coffee is great too. And the pastries are amazing!

Coffee was delicious, the service was friendly, the ambience is pleasant. I think my only complaint is the cost, but given the economy I guess that's somewhat to be expected. I paid 6 dollars for a 16 cold brew cup of coffee, they're normally 5 but I got soy milk which added a dollar.
I also got a regular hot coffee which was substantially cheaper at 3.50, still a bit steep but way better.

A fantastic find! We were driving around Centerville and happened to find this cafe in google. The desserts are very yummy, and the drinks are awesome!

Just lovely! Cute, clean, & the food is SO good. I love the location! It can be a little loud at times, but there is also to-go. Service/staff were great! Highly recommend!
