The location is excellent. Nice walk to the beach down a well maintained boardwalk. They also have a nice hose/shower set up when coming back to get all the sand off before coming back in to your condo. Pools are nice, clean and 2 right next to each other so if one is crowded there is a second you can choose from. We stayed in room 405 which was great. The decor was amazing. The staff at the facility were friendly and great to talk with. Elevators worked well and always available. A very reasonable price for a beach front property. We can't wait to come back!

This was our first time on Dauphin Island. We loved the island. The property at The Inn was very nice. Loved the pool area. The one interaction with the front desk was great.

We are not picky and often stay in places similar to this...but, this was on the pricey end for comprable properties in other cities. This was the moat affordable property I found on the island for a last minute trip. We were in unit 206.

This condo was a wonderful place to go on short vacation and the price was unbeatable. Will for sure come back soon. We stayed in room 206. Manager was wonderful and so was his son.

Beautiful condo. Very happy with location...noise level was ok...my grandson got stung by a jelly fish. The staff was extremely helpful with what to do and his care. Highly recommend!!!

With great views of the ocean, 2 private pools, and a short walk to a beautiful soft, white sand beach, what more do you want in your dream vacation?!?! The friendly staff will make it feel like home. Stay once and you won't want to leave!

WARNING! IF YOU PLAN ON USING UNIT 103 PLEASE READ! My family and I vacation here every year! This year, 3 weeks before our vacation we get a call saying the owners in unit 103 will need the unit due to maintenance! Mind you we booked this vacation during our last visit in June with all my other family! We were to arrive and leave at the same time! Because they waited 3 weeks before our vacation we had to choose another unit with different dates! It was a big inconvenience. We book the first floor for reasons. We had a choice of the 3rd floor or 1st floor. We took the first floor but had to cut our trip short and were not able to spend time with family like we intended.
But, what really upset us was the owners were there the weekend we were supposed to vacation. BUT NOT DOING MAINTENANCE!! They were vacationing! Usually condo owners do updates during the winter time not prime time during the summer! Lying instead of being truthful to the people who planned their vacation a year in advance!
**Mind you my family was on both sides of unit 103. I know things happen and the owners can use their condo at anytime. BUT BE CONSIDERATE! YOU CAN SEE WHEN FAMILIES BOOK!
**HOWEVER, WE WERE TOLD THIS OWNER HAS 4 OTHER CONDOS!

Wonderful condo rentals on the beach. Very family oriented. Nice pool area with 2 pools with beach views. Boardwalk to beach with outdoor shower/rinse area. We will go back.
