We just needed a cheap place to stay as we were passing through. ||When we checked in, there were 2 workers. They told each they would avoid one room because it still had a "paint" smell, so they put us in a different room. They told us there was nobody on one side so it would be quiet on that side at least.||We dropped off our luggage before going to our meeting and there was a musty scent when you first walk in. ||||The room looked freshly painted but there was a bad scent and it wasn't smoke. We were OK with it, we have stayed at worse and it was 100.00.||||We settled down after we got back at like midnight. We just wanted a good night's rest as we had a 14+ hour drive ahead of us. My stepson used the toilet and said it barely flushed pee. ||||He took a dump and it clogged, no toilet plunger, the water didn't turn off so it flooded and was running into the carpet. (maybe explained the smell).||||There wasn't enough towels to stop it so my wife threw the blanket on it to try to keep it from going into the carpet. I turned the toilet water off.||||I called guest services and explained and asked for another room. Fortunately they had one available. They were quick to respond and very accompanying and did not give us a hard time at all.||||The 2nd room the main light switch wasn't working when I went in, that's when she said sh*t and that she didn't have anything else. I told her it was fine and I was able to get the light to work.||||So we moved all of our stuff from the other side of the hotel in downpouring rain and got to the room. This had a different smell but wasn't as bad as the first one. This also had fresh paint so may have been that but it didn't smell like paint but wasn't as musty.||||The toilet worked in the 2nd room and everything else was fine there.||||We had breakfast in the morning. We got there a little late so wasn't much left but I had waffles which were good. My son couldn't have anything he trusted because of nut allergies, but it was ok. ||||They were accommodating and I haven't seen the charge on my credit card yet so maybe they didn't charge me for the inconvenience. That might be my credit card being slow to post also. It was showing as a temporary charge but it dropped off.||||I have stayed at worse places. I give it 3 stars because the service and quick response and overall experience. We slept good and temperature was nice with the AC.||||I added photos of one of the rooms but I didn't get photos of the flooding. note. These were after photos of 2nd room the beds were made when we arrived.

Said there was an airport shuttle, turns out the “shuttle” only runs when the manager is working. If he’s not you’re out of luck. Not what I was expecting when an airport shuttle is advertised. The room stunk of cigarettes and was not cleaned thoroughly. There was dirt all over the floor is the bathroom and paint smeared all over the walls in bathroom. The air conditioner looked like it had never been cleaned before. There was broken up cigarettes and food covering it which made it absolutely impossible to use. The fridge has yellow splatter marks all over it on the inside and outside. Overall not a great experience to the first time I stayed here. Only good thing is how close it is to the airport.

Our stay was peaceful and relaxing 😇🥰. Staff was very polite and professional. Always love staying where we can get away from the everyday hum drum of society. Room was clean and cozy. The desk clerk was so very attentive and kind. Absolutely loved her.

Had a fine time checking in; they email you a form to make check in faster when you get there. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, all the staff I talked to were friendly. A fine room for a great price.

Entire room was very spacious and very comfortable! Front desk was super polite! I will for sure stay again!! Loved it! So happy they are open again! The beds were super comfy, the room was very clean. I loved everything about it. I give this a 25 out of 10!

Bed bugs! I repeat, BED BUGS! Our room had them! Completely disgusting. My family always checks for bed bugs in any hotel, no matter how nice, and this place is no exception. My daughter found a bed bug in her bed! When we told the staff, they did not seem to care. This is clearly an actual problem and infestation at this location, and they haven’t done anything about it. Also, we canceled our stay at the hotel, but they only offered a refund for the room the bugs were found in. Unclean, infested, with staff who were just plain rude! Will not be staying here ever again.

We were pulling in very late, and called ahead to ensure they were pet friendly, and see if there was a first-floor room available. Yes and yes. They went above and beyond to turn the heat on in the room so it was warm by the time we arrived (in December). Breakfast had many choices, and was one of the better breakfasts I have seen any Super 8 provide. I would stay here again.

I love it here! I stay here a lot! A little too much! The rooms are incredibly nice and clean. I’ve yet to have any issues with any of the 10 rooms I’ve been in. Everything has been lovely, the staff have incredibly kind and helpful!
