The room was visibly dirty. There was urine dried on the toilet seat. Crumbs and trash on the floor. The shower had hair in it, like no one rinsed it out at least. Shampoo was in a puddle on the bathroom floor. There was chocolate or something on the bed sheets, so they hadn't been changed from the previous guest. The carpet was crusty in some places and there was dried paint in it too. One of the towels had small dark hairs on it, so we didn't use that one. They were also stained. The sheets had yellow stains on them. The sink faucet leaks at the base. Also there was black mold growing on the shower curtain. At around 1 AM a blaring alarm went off and woke up everyone staying at the hotel. It scared us with how loud it was. I'm not even sure what kind of alarm it was. When we checked in the staff was not friendly or helpful. She did not greet us and barely said two words to us. We were also not given a receipt because they couldn't find us in the system. The breakfast was okay, not many options though.

Upon my arrival, the outside looks decent. Entering the hotel gave me an ok feeling. I noticed the building is old when I looked around. Despite how old it is, I expected the room to be cleaned. The room my boyfriend and I booked was not clean at all and I'm a sleeky clean person. I pay attention to every detail in the room and around the building. How do you have custodians but the rooms are not cleaned? It got me wondering does the bedding get washed? I think in general the building need to get rebuilt because I noticed the ceiling in the room is molded. Also, it was very disappointing how there is a smart TV but no accessibility to watch Netflix.

We checked in and the first room we had had boot prints on the pillows of our beds. the second room was not as bad, and a bit brighter. but you just have to try not to look to closely. there was an old toe/finger nail beside my bed on the floor that i almost stepped on. the hallway stinks. there just needs to be a bit more care taken. I have stayed at wyndham hotels for years and really like them for the price and great stay. this was not one of them!

First of all, I want to say that the girl at the desk was trying to be helpful and seemed very nice but it was only her first week there. So…we were given our room, and there was hair all over the sink in the bathroom, like a man shaved and it was just left there. The bathroom in general was not clean. My husband went down to talk to the girl at the desk, and she said that that room had not been cleaned yet and wasn’t supposed to be given out yet (it was after 7pm) so she gave us another room. This one was cleaner, but the tv didn’t work. Gave us another room….tv didn’t work there either. We even tried new batteries. Saw that the cord was broken . So…gave us another room yet again. This room was so dirty. It had dirt and grass on the bed!!! And what looked like ketchup and food crumbs on the desk. We went down, after trying 4 different rooms, to get our money back. We were told that the manager would be in at 10 am the next morning. He got in at 11am, and said we would be getting a refund in the next few days So far we haven’t gotten it. Needless to say, we were very disappointed in this Baymont. We won’t be going back.

We just checked in an hour ago. The bathroom sink and mirror was dirty. One washcloth for two people. The worst was when we checked the sheets! Stains all over. We were given another room. Moved al our stuff up two floors and walked into a room that hadn’t even been cleaned. Returned our key and left. Don’t bother stopping here. I have NEVER been in such a dirty room and the desk attendant seemed very indifferent to the problems. While we were at the desk getting the second room, a young girl came down and asked to use a bathroom because the toilet didn’t work in their room.

The room was freshly painted and had new furniture. A few details are still to be completed. The breakfast was minimal, but in fairness, we arrived at 8:30 and it was due to end at 9 am. No tea bags available, only white bread for toast, waffle maker broken , only one kind of juice. Coffee was hot. Reception area personnel polite and helpful. Good parking , well-lit and easy access to highway and eating establishments.

Not a bad place for the price. Room was clean and free of smells. Towels are worthless, if your 100lbs or more your gonna need two just to dry off. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

After the manager came and changed the nasty sheets and swept the disgusting | floor the room was sleepable.the employees were all very kind and efficient. I will not stay at this particular baymont hotel again. I stay at baymont hotels quite a bit. Never had a bad experience till now.
