The room was very nice. Staff was great. Valet attendants went above and beyond. Excellent location for the theaters.

But I have to say something about the restaurant. At the time of my visit it had just opened. So hopefully with time the AM management will learn it's ok to help the wait staff and get your hands dirty sometimes.

This new hotel blew me away in downtown Dayton. The rooms were extremely clean, the staff was genuinely friendly, an awesome bar vibe in the evening, and hands down the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had in the morning. I'm looking forward to my next visit to the area - highly recommend.

Service is great at this hotel. There is a guy at the door named Tim who helped us carry our luggage down the street to our parked truck several blocks away. He was the most pleasant and cheerful guy and refused a tip. The staff also brought us up a second chair right away. The best part of staying there was all about the friendly staff.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for one night. It was absolutely gorgeous and the staff were kind and attentive. The beds were very comfortable. The bar has a great atmosphere and a lot of drinks to choose from. The only thing that I would complain about is the heater in our room was very loud when it kicked on.

Great room! However, service had several hiccups. 4 floors to find a working ice machine. I had to encourage front desk to get an engineer to check on the machines. No shower gel soap in the shower dispenser. I had to call twice, over 1 1/2 hours before a replacement bottle was brought and a struggle to install it myself. Learned after the fact that I needed to request cleaning service if my stay was only 2 nights.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Ardent, and I can’t say enough great things about my experience. My room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the warm lighting throughout. The bed was comfortable, and the attention to detail—from the in-room Keurig to the quality bath products—truly elevated the experience.

I also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel’s Italian steakhouse restaurant, Bistecca, which exceeded my expectations with its delicious food and excellent service. Don't sleep on the Arista Slow Roasted Pork or the Olive Oil Cake - phenomenal!

Overall, Hotel Ardent is a true gem, offering top-notch hospitality and an unforgettable stay. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious yet welcoming hotel experience!

Rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable. The bar had a great atmosphere and good drinks. Our valet attendant John was very friendly and funny, he did a great job taking care of our Porche. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.
