I cannot even begin to describe the absolute kindness this fella offers in every moment of service. The passion and care he puts into the preparation and presentation of his delicious smoked meats, down to the perfectly considered compliment of pickled onions! My favorite is the smoked turkey, however today I enjoyed the pulled pork. Thank you immensely for making my day today- I will not forget your kindness!

I just happened on this place when I was looking for some place to eat as I passed through New Philadelphia. I googled barbecue knowing there was a place in town but found this new place so I stopped. Turned out to be a food truck and it was a rather hot day. There really wasn't any place to sit and eat in the shade. Had a nice conversation with the owner who came from Kansas city. I just wanted to try a couple of things so I got pulled pork and sausage with a Mac side. While he was fixing that he insisted I try a couple of his ribs and he also threw in a side of baked beans. There was so much food two could have eaten and had some left. Everything was very good. Typical KC sauce with a little bite to it and thinner than the heavy sauce most are used to. I will go out of my way for good q and smoke a little myself and I would definitely stop again. Probably on a Friday or Saturday to try the brisket which is only available those days.

Phenomenal. Great pulled pulled pork, Mac n cheese and beans. The craziest part is for the as good as it is, the portion size is very generous and the price is very good.... Especially for BBQ.

The owner is very nice as well. I'll definitely be back to try the brisket on the weekend. Please support this small business owner!

If you're a general aviation pilot don't fly into the airport just to go to this bbq joint. They are not open. Flew in last Friday afternoon. Very disappointing we went out of our way to stop here.

We were looking for something new to try and came across this wonderful little place. The pulled pork mac n cheese was phenomenal, and the beans were awesome as well. We'll definitely be back to try out more items on the menu!
The gentleman running the truck was also extremely friendly and I can't begin to express how much it was appreciated. Not enough people are kind these days. Good food AND service!
