I only booked this room for 1 night and it wasn’t my most pleasant stay. There was a roach In the sink then my kids found a roach in the bathroom on the wall behind the towels. My mother told the front desk agent that our tv stopped working and no one ever came to fix it or to see what was wrong with it. This was the worst stay. And to pay $124 for one night wasn’t worth it. Should’ve been more like $60. I would never stay here again. And would not recommend it. I even have a video of the roaches crawling around in the bathroom but it won’t let me share the video. I am completely trust drive 12 hrs from a different state and to come here for a nights rest and have to deal with this. I want a refund. If not a full at least a partial

The room are old, mildew, torn, roach infected, dusty, cob web, ants crawl through the window! The manger Ms. Kamera is a bully, she's rude, disrespectful, harassing, and charges for everything even the towels at $11 a pop!! She raised the prices on the rooms and it's not worth it! Don't waste yo time at this property. Trip advisor u need to remove this off ur site. Your Reputation is going to be ruin. Stop lying with the 3.5 stars!! This place needs to be mark as an -10 Stars!! Period

We booked this hotel for a travel trip for sports because we were going to be in town for a few days. Every time I went to the front desk I felt like an inconvenience and was treated as such. They tried to charge double for the deposit when we first checked it but then changed it when I said something. We originally booked with credit card points and when they went to refund it they refunded the wrong card. When I called about it the lady over the phone was rude with me any time I asked a question. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Terrible, dirty, cockroaches in the room, microwave horrible, dirty inside, very bad smell, sofa bed impossible to sleep on, my children were probably bitten by fleas, it was a terrible, traumatic stay.

I prefer this Studios not for family’s because Room’s are really bad here small black Bugs in-the room and it’s smells so bad here I feel like because of the kitchen or they don’t clean Good Good like how supposed to be

It’s probably closer to 4 starts when you consider the price but maybe I just got a good ‘weekly’ rate. The place is dirty and there are zero amenities. (Maybe the gym is good, have not checked because my gym is across the street from here) but the rooms are very big and livable for long-term if you need it to. My only complaint is the cleanliness, but I certainly haven’t seen any live bugs. But I see evidence of the bug issue been addressed, so I’m comfortable with that. This is not the Ritz, Carlton, or W. This is exactly what I expect for what I paid for in fact, I think that it’s better. If you want something nicer than stay at the Marriott and spend an extra hundred dollars a night for a smaller (but cleaner) room and more up to date amenities. The washer and dryers for clothes are good but I don’t know if I would call that an amenity. Also, the maintenance guy is probably the coolest employee here. Aside from him, every single employee I’ve had to deal with has been relatively rude and unhelpful. But honestly, if I worked here, I would probably be very rude and unhelpful also because I bet they deal with some real s*** so I give them credit for at least kinda showing up and answering the phone and stuff.

Suburban extended stay hote is a very pleasant place to stay, The staff is wonderful, they are helpful and friendly, I especially would like to thank the Manager Kam and staff member Carla for their outstanding customer service, I truly appreciate all that they did to make my stay as pleasant as possible.
The rooms are great, you feel more like you're in your own apartment with a kitchen, complete with a stove, refrig., microwave, & a dishwasher. They provide some things to get you started, depending on the length of your stay, i.e. 2 rolls of toilet paper, small bottle of dish detergent, 2 pkg of dishwasher detergent,, enough bathroom hand & bath towels and face clothes. And if you need to do laundry, there's a great laundry room on the permises.

This hotel could have been 5 stars. It's walking distance from everything. It's a very quiet location. The price is very reasonable. Where they failed terribly is 1) the rug is disgusting. 2) The rooms do NOT have curtains. I've been to hundreds of hotels, and I've never encountered this. The sun brightens up your entire room by 5:30 am. I'll never stay at this chain again.
