The workers are nice managers none existent but they have roaches infested buildings and didn't let check out until the next day basically holding us and our 400 dollars hostage when we told them about the roaches they handed us a can of raid after 12 calls to the front desk we finally got a different room but guess what the roaches where worst there thank God we're finally out of this nasty hellscape do not go here for the love of God

Manager is rude and unhospitable! Door cards malfunction daily, roaches, no designated service animal area, thermostat broke, trash all behind the property, grill rusted out, no outside seating really, the list is ridiculous.....

Employees very nice, beds pretty comfortable. But the cleanness is sub-par for a hotel. The cleanness is about right bar for a apartment building. If they forgot clean and do pest control after evicting a tenant. Sorry wish I did have better things to say about tl

I have been here for a few months since I've relocated for work, and my experience for the most part has been pleasant. There are two ladies that work in the office that have the nastiest attitudes. It's like they try those hardest to be impolite and unpleasant.

Bad place roaches found in kitchen sink and charged $50 dog deposit I have a 10lb dog ? is good and if it did anything I can see it but if not give the $50 back I have health problems and had to go to UAB for doctor appointment will never sleep there again and people talking late at night waking us up the elevator broke down I am disabled and had to walk down 3 flights of stairs with bad hip and knee my husband had to wait till they got it fixed to get our luggage down $140 down the drain sleep ? in your car ? better then here.

The first room I was placed in was more updated, however the air vent in the masterbed room was completely covered up with duck tape,the bed had bedbugs, and the second bedroom light didn't work. I called front desk to alert immediately and he moved me into a room no bedbugs but that side was so noisy and reaked of smoke in hallway.

Rooms filthy stove stove broken had to walk to the front desk to get linen for one of the beds . Killed two roaches !! No coffee !! Then the arrogance of the staff . We are customer's your not doing anyone a favor . Never again will I go there .
