Amazing stay! Overly friendly and helpful employees!! Pool area very nice. Pub was great! Rooms are clean and breakfast was yummy!
Excellent value as well!!
Megan and her staff deserve 5 stars! Anyone stating otherwise is just being difficult!! We had a great stay and we had 4 rooms!!

There were so many spiders/millipedes in my room. The customer service was not good. Especially the lady that was there in the middle of the day. She was consistently rude during my stay. The breakfast was terrible. So many things were expired. My shower didn’t even have hot water for most of my stay. Just a terrible experience overall

Without a doubt, the best staff and best stay in the area!! The rooms are very clean, the staff is overly accommodating and the pool/sauna area is amazing. The breakfast is great and the pub on location is amazing!!! I will stay here every time I am in the area!!!

Second time staying here and both times equally impressed me and my husband. The staff are the most friendly and kind people! The room was spotless clean and very romantic, comfortable and quiet, especially considering they were booked on our weekend stay. There is a very nice pool area to enjoy and even a bar in the hotel, neither of which we used, but it was nice to have the option. The breakfast was mediocre. Not many options but everything else well made up for it. Without a doubt, I would absolutely stay here a third, fourth and beyond time. Thank you for making our vacation weekend very pleasurable and allowing us a late check out😊

Had a few small problems but nothing serious. Could not sleep with the noisy heater which had to have on. Also could not get water to stay in tub. Then the coffee packets did not include creamer. Was disappointed they did not have the breakfast buffet they had years ago when we stayed. Did have make it yourself waffles and breakfast sandwiches for microwaving. Plus an assortment of fruit and juices, cereal, bagels and muffins.

Management here is a joke. Day shift front desk did little to nothing to assist. The hotel was almost never clean and quite honestly it felt like I was at a cheap motel 6.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Won’t ever return. Rooms were disgusting, service was lackluster at best. Rooms stink and could mask with any other scent. Won’t ever return.

Positive: "" Negative: Cockroaches in the lobby. Heaters in the pool room needed to be replaced as they didn't work, floor tiles missing, mildew on the walls, pool heater needs maintenance as pool was cold. The bathroom of our room, wall was peeling above shower.
