Stayed 10.18.24 Darkest hotel room ever. Absolutely no place to apply makeup. Bathroom was deplorable. Toilet rocked, caulking missing, cardboard inserted to hide missing tiles. Handicap bar in tub is in a location where it cannot be used between toilet and tub.

I was celebrating my husband’s 65th birthday this weekend and was very disappointed in the service and issues related to health and wellness and also cleanliness that we encounter at this hotel. We usually inspect the room for bugs, cleanliness and etc. The first issue we encounter was a pillow with blood stains, we requested another pillow and was told they only had one remaining pillow left in the entire hotel. We also had an issue with a clog toilet and was told that we needed to come down to the front desk and retrieve a plugger because the maintenance staff was off until Monday. The handicap hand bar was extremely loose in the shower and the sink’s water faucet's were marked incorrectly. The cold was hot and the hot was cold. I was deeply upset because this was a $200 plus room per night….some real changes need to occur Marriott. I have stayed at other locations and this was a disappointing mess.

Have stayed here several times in the last 12 months. Today in room 418.|Cons: Room was extremely hot and stuffy upon check in. Multiple broken, cracked, and loose floor tiles in the bathroom. Bathroom sink and mirror were dirty. Light switches on wall were dirty.|Pros: Best free breakfast of any chain hotel. Beds were comfortable. Carpet looked clean. A/C finally cooled the room down.|Overall the bathroom was the downfall. Had it been up to par, would have given it a 4 star rating

Great location not too far from the major freeways and close to eateries. I could park my U-Haul in the back near the pool and didn't have to worry about anyone messing with my car. The staff was friendly the only drawback was the bathroom wasn't cleaned upon checking into the room. The toilet was not flushed and there was hair on one of my towels that was hung up.

I literally just called down to speak to front desk about housekeeping consistently allowing the doors to slam as they're entering them or exiting them before or after cleaning. I expressed that I wasn't trying to be a nuisance or get anyone in trouble but I kept being awakened by the doors slamming and even vibration it sends through the walls. Front desk lady told me ( 6/23/24 @ 320 pm ) that they'd be done cleaning in two hrs and the doors slam on their own. These rooms are 200 a night, I booked for 2 nights and I literally have to schedule my sleep around housekeeping. In essence front desk service isn't all that great and housekeeping just isn't, wasn't aware of the obstruction. I WOULDN'T BOTHER STAYING ANYWHERE WHERE MY SLEEP CANT BE ACCOMMODATED.

Positive: The room was large and comfortable. Negative: Our shower was missing the liner so water got everywhere. There is no where to get water at breakfast. I had to go down the hall to the ice machine then down a different hall to get water from the exercise room. Front desk out of bottles.

If you value sleep - do not stay here! I stayed just one night (thank goodness). The highway noise was so loud and incessant it seemed as though my bed was placed right next to the highway. ||In addition, they use a synthetic shower curtain and plastic sheet which simply blew out of the tub - allowing shower water to spray on the bathroom floor. Thanks to the extra towels I was able to wipe up the large puddle. They need a fixed sliding door or this can lead to leaks to rooms below.

Just one set of towels in room and they were dirty. Had to go to front desk to get some. Light bulb out in room. Hair dryer not working. No cleaning service because of staff shortage. Will not stay here again.
