Ordered banana split. Wanted to substitute hot fudge instead of cherries on chocolate ice cream. Employee stated that she could only put Hot fudge over the entire order, not just on one scoop. Disappointing.

The staff was nice and friendly.

The ice cream had ice crystals, kinda surprised where they claim made daily. Homemade or handmade doesn't mean that it's all homemade ingredients in it. Lots of synthetic and artificial things. The coffee ice cream tasted synthetic. I wanted to like it but just didn't.

i believe that handles is so good. the workers are fabulous and they have great customer service. the area was very clean and the menu was easy to follow. my only complain is that you cannot order a single scoop of ice cream as sometimes you do not feel like a full 2 and a half scoops. but anyways, great shop and would 100% recommend coming here 👍

Love their ice cream. Many flavors - Raspberry chocolate chunk, peanut butter & chocolate are just to name a few favorites. Open till 10pm even in the winter on weeknights. Friendly employees and easy parking.

Great place for homemade ice cream scoops and shakes. Thirty+ flavors along with monthly specials. Service is quick and the prices are reasonable. One star off because they only have 4 benches to sit on - not enough during popular times.

A beloved local ice cream shop staffed by local teens and has a large selection of rotating flavors and combinations. I love it. My Kids Love it. Everyone in the city loves it. Drive the couple extra miles from Dairy Queen and support an amazing local business.

Good flavors and selection. Depending on when you go and which staff are there you may get a friendly and fast one …or not so much. We have been back over 10 years and will continue to go back. They used to give free small ice cream to kids on their birthday, but recently learned they have stopped that.

We have been living in Ohio for 6 years now and no where compares to Handles! The best ice cream I've ever had and I've gone to lots of popular places. Definitely beat out Ben and Jerry's in Vermont! The peanut butter chocolate has been my go to!
