I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the entire property was.

My room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, the linens were fresh, and I appreciated the small touches like a well-stocked coffee station and quality toiletries.

One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast — fresh, hot, and with plenty of options for every taste. The staff in the dining area went above and beyond to make sure everything was clean and well-stocked, even during busy times.

Overall, the Holiday Inn exceeded my expectations in every way.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful during our check in. Our Room was clean and smelled clean when we first entered the room. The bed was comfortable and was very easy to relax. Breakfast had a good variety of food and was very tasty.

It's always a great time. We take the kids, everything is clean and ready to go for all of us. The beds are fantastic and the the kids love the pool.
Breakfast has so many options that it's one thing we can eliminate ever having to worry about when we stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were immaculate, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the amenities exceeded expectations. The breakfast offered a decent variety of options and the ladies remembered their guests. It has a convenient location and made my work easy to get to and no hassle coming back. I was greeted upon arrival back. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

This is the third year we have stayed at this Holiday Inn, over Christmas. The staff have been exceptionally welcoming, making us feel right at home. The property is very well maintained; it is neat and very clean. The staff seem to take pride in what they do and where the work. For us, one of the biggest pluses is EV charging, kudos for having this amenity! This Holiday Inn represents very high value for the travel dollar.

This hotel is newer and very clean. Patti at the front desk was fantastic and breakfast was 10/10. The kids loved the instant pancake maker that serves fresh pancakes off a conveyer belt with a push of a button. The egg omelettes were great, too! 100% recommend this hotel as a guest with high standards.

Found the room to be clean and comfortable. Good continental breakfast. Friendly staff at check in. Nice location near many restaurants and fast-food places. Close to stores if a need for something arrived. Outside of downtown but close enough to be there quickly.

We had a wonderful stay! Two nights hockey stay. Clean and new! Tall beds! Wonderful morning breakfast stay! So friendly and helpful! Evening staff was so great with guests in lobby watching football and hanging out. Girls were able to roam hotel and no issues with staff. Best part when kids can be kids and enjoy the “freedom” respectfully. Multiple teams stayed at hotel. No issues.

Issue arose - Asked for late check out. Wonderful new staff said yes it should not be a problem. Perfect! (She was so polite and helpful!!) Other guests within our party were told no late checkouts. Last morning returning to hotel I confirmed my request was still honored and she said okay fine. Fine? Like it was an annoyance to her for us to use the late checkout option? Staff also added no we were not giving late checkouts for the group today. And staff was new and didn’t know. Blame her? Not fair she was not trained. So be aware of poor communication from the “senior” older ladies who work during the day denying extra work. Hotel was empty and saw zero cleaning crew starting. We were able to stay in room 45 mins extra and then tv was shut off twice and reset. Frustrated we left. Policies and procedures need reviewed for staff communications. Review your computers! and made for an awkward and unwanted feeling. 1pm late checkout granted and never had power turned off on us before! This was a Monday!
