Extremely unkempt hotel. Filthy and the staff is horrendous. Highly reccomend avoiding this hotel AT ALL COSTS!!! Staff will berate and harass you, while making assumptions that you, their customers, are dishonest.

Booked a room that was pet friendly due to a house fire. Room was booked for the entire week but pets were to be listed upon their arrival IF they needed to stay. I was told to pay the fee when I did bring the cats. Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights prior to needed boarding for my pets. On the 3rd day I took some bags and 1 cat to the room to drop off prior to paying (since I already had the room keys). When I was heading back to my vehicle to retrieve my other cat and the rest of my bags, I was aggressively stopped by the staff member, Bella, at the front desk. Where she accused me of trying NOT to pay for my pets. Without asking the situation or anything, she went right into accusing me of being dishonest. I figured I would take my pets to the room as soon as I could so they didn't have to be in the car for too long, then intended on making my pet payment once they were situated in the room. This staff member was extremely rude about the entire situation and instead of treating her guests with respect, she jumped right into assuming someone was trying to pull one over on them. Will never ever reccomend this place to anyone. The doors and elevators were out of service for days. The pool was closed. Hotel is not nice enough for them to be treating their guests with such disrespect. Went down the road to the Hampton Inn after canceling the rest of my stay and they actually WAIVED the pet fee since I was displaced due to a fire. The way a company treats their guests or customers is a huge component in the business industry and I am heading over to Hamptons page next to leave an excellent review for their compassion and willingness to go above and beyond. Again, do NOT book a room with this hotel. Terrible staff!!!

This hotel is horrible! We had no hot water in the sink or tub. The shower head pipe pulled out the wall. The exterior room door to the hall was not sealed and you can see into the hall with the gaps in the door. They barely had anything for breakfast and couldn't keep up. We had a large group staying here and all complained of the same issues. Just avoid and go a few minutes down the road to a newer hotel.

I am not usually a complainer but this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They had no hot water for showering. The elevators were not working. The pull out mattress had a huge urine stain and looked like it had been dragged behind a truck. This place should be shut down!

For the price and on a budget it’s a good hotel. Could use some updating in areas such as the bathroom and heating a/c unit was rather loud in my opinion but I like some sort of white noise when sleeping. As far as clean, it is clean for the most part had some areas that needing some dusting but with me being tall it is probably the only reason I could notice. Bed was nice and soft and besides the heater/ac being rather loud it was a very quiet atmosphere and didnt have to worry about my family safety of any sort.

Warning: this hotel has live/active bed bugs. I would rate this place a 0 if I could. Not only do they have bed bugs but the rooms are not properly cleaned and are filthy with dirt and hair. We checked in on New Year’s Eve. Upon entering any hotel room, we always check for bed bugs. Sure enough, we checked into room 344 and pulled back the mattress protector and searched in the folds of the mattress and there was a live bed bug. We went to the front desk and showed the picture. Debbie, the front desk rep, offered another room. The new room had black bed bug droppings on the mattress. Our friends were also staying in the hotel so we checked their bed and found SEVERAL dead bugs in and around their mattress. Therefore, we chose to check out and asked for a refund. Debbie said she would need for the manager to refund us because she could not.

Since then, I’ve called the hotel twice and keep getting the same run around that the manager has to refund us, but we have still not receive the refund and no call back from the manager.

I have reported them to corporate Choice Hotels and have attached the picture of the live bed bug.

It was not great. It was cheap and the room was clean enough. The bed was comfortable but I found weird small black specks in the bed and some questionable stains on the mattress (with 2 mattress covers and sheets), but no signs of bed bugs.

We stayed at the same time as a relative, and neither of our rooms had hot water, just lukewarm. The hairdryer in our room did not work.

The 2nd floor hall was clean enough. The 1st floor hall is kind of gross. Several of the entrances can't be used (inconvenient), hallway carpet is severely stained and molded. There was a used glove in the hall all day. The elevator on our end of the building was not operational.

They have breakfast. I only ate a sausage and eggs, which was fine but not sure about the other food. The orange juice was watered down.

I would only stay here again if I had to.

Do not stay here, management doesn’t care about your safeness. My fiancé and I stayed there a month ago and got stuck in their elevator for about 15-20 minutes between floors. Not an apology or a refund; nothing not even a genuine concern and my fiancé is claustrophobic.

Only location is worth staying at this place if you are tareviling cuz it's right on the exit of HWY otherwise it's service was very poor you don't feel comfortable ,bathroom is not clean, food has not much choices , if you see the pan or dish empty and ask if they are refilling it answer will be NO ,
I was very disappointed with everything for that much money I spent 😪 😕
