The moment my husband and I walked through the front door, when we first arrived, we felt the feeling of welcome home and friendship our hosts Charlie and John exhibited. We got a full tour of the house, and for the two nights we stayed, the evening snack and coffee, along with conversation, was very friendly. The breakfasts both mornings was delicious and outstanding. John keeps the grounds so well kept, and Charlie (Charlene) is an excellent chef. Just being there we also enjoyed a tour of the various stores and shops Hartville has to offer. The people and owners of the shops were ever so nice and helpful. The city has a lot to offer and enjoy. We will plan to return again one day, and look forward to the peace and relaxation. ||Blaine and Donna Dubs

From the moment my mother and I first contacted Quail's Covey proprietor Charlie about staying at her lovely home and inn, the pampering and loving care began, and continued throughout our visit. I think she may be a little clairvoyant, because Charlie anticipated our every need, and few we didn't even know we even had! Our every request and whim was fulfilled before, during, and after our stay, and if Charlie couldn't provide something, she knew someone who could, including her wonderful husband John. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable, with breathtaking views that changed with the weather or time of day. Each breakfast was more spectacular than the last, and we could have spent the rest of our days sitting on our balconies. But Charlie encouraged us to get out and about and see all that Hartville has to offer. Restaurants, wineries, farms, antiques stores, specialty shops, and some amazing second-hand stores awaited us, and we enjoyed each and every one of them. We were welcomed with open arms by Charlie and John, and everyone in the community, and will carry the memories we made with them in our hearts forever. Highly recommend!

It was everything anyone could want and more. Charlie (Charlotte) and John are fantastic hosts who have created a wonderful B&B that is peaceful and comfortable. We were made to feel so welcome. Well what more can be said about this wonderful bed and breakfast in Hartville, Ohio.|We wanted a sweet little getaway for our anniversary. I searched for a place that I hoped would be able to accommodate my gluten intolerance. Charlie went above and beyond to not only accommodate but to wow us with her hospitality and cooking skills. We had gluten free peach cobbler in the evening. And for breakfast she prepared fruit salad, quiche ‚scones and waffles.....all gluten free. It was amazing....and we won't soon forget the beautiful surroundings and warm welcome we experienced!

I was seeking a quiet getaway in a private place of respite after my father's passing to honor his memory. Well, my stay at Quail's Covey far exceeded my expectations! This is near the area, one of my dad's favorites, where we lived years ago. After a warm welcome, I discovered that some of Charlotte's family were old friends and she immediately called her brother to come visit a bit. The home was so comfortable that I felt like family for the entire stay, as do most guests there. Meals made by "Charlie" were hearty and delish, served at your choice of table, indoors or out, or in your room. The grounds are so incredibly beautiful, with peaceful and serene meditative sitting spots placed here and there. I got a short tour in the golf cart and there's a foot-paddle boat to enjoy in the huge pond. Their are donkeys to pet, fish to feed, deer to watch, and waterfowl to watch gliding. Rooms are beyond spacious, well designed, and I LOVED my balcony. Nature sounds of critters and owls and waterfalls lull you to sleep.Sunrise was magical, and there is definitely something very spiritual about this estate. Charlotte and John are so thoughtful, caring, generous and sincere about serving their guests and attend to every detail. I left with new found joy in my heart, my dad's memory celebrated, and a rested soul. I will be back again, and highly recommend QC for anyone seeking a tiny spot of heaven for a few days.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and we absolutely loved it! Charlie was so welcoming
and happy we were there. You could tell she genuinely cared that we enjoyed ourselves and were happy with our stay. She went above and beyond for our breakfast, it was so beautifully set up and the food was amazing! We decided to eat out for dinner and when we got back she had a homemade rhubarb cobbler warm out of the oven ready for us to enjoy out on the patio. The grounds were beautiful, there were flowers and plants everywhere! You could sit on the balcony of your room or the back patio sipping coffee and enjoy listening to the quaint sounds of nature. I loved walking around their pond gazing at the swans. I had hoped to take the kayaks out but it had started to rain so we will make sure to do that, along with hiking the walking trails next time! Their miniature donkeys were my favorite. Charlie gave me some carrots so I could feed them, which made my day!! The house was beautifully decorated, along with their rooms. They were very cozy and comfortable. The whole experience was perfect, and
I would recommend this place to anyone! We look forward to coming back every year!

You feel like you're home from the second you walk in the door. The atmosphere is so calm and peaceful. My wife and I enjoyed sitting out on our balcony watching nature and listening we left the balcony door open all night and I slept so comfortably. Charlie's cooking is delicious, nothing beats those homemade flavor. Her and John are friendly and stewards of what customer service truly means. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway who enjoys nature. Their swans had recently had babies when my wife and I arrived. We took the paddle boat out to get a better picture of them. We wandered the trails for a while when we first arrived. They have a couple donkeys who love carrots and a small coy pond with some beautiful fish
