This place was the most gross and not cleaned place we have ever stayed at. The employees was rude when we told them about the smell of weed. In the hallways. We got in our room and it was not cleaned. The floors were sticky. There was stuff in the shower. The toliet paper was not even refilled let alone put on a holder. The door did not shut. After telling them they could not offer us a new room. The manger the next morning I talked with him and he agreed to give a full refund. After returning home and checking my statements they keeped $50 dollars of the room. I called and he told me that that he would keep the deposit. We sleeped In our clothes. Mind you we have 2 little ones. I would not ever stay here again. And I also have contacted the main company who they are under. And also reported them to health department. These people are scammers. And rude to the point he was yelling also on the phone when I called him about my refund. If I could rate it a zero I would.

Always a great stay with a great staff. Now they have a new pool, a modern fyrnished lobby with a stocked snack kiosk and breakfast area. Great, comfortable beds, and all you need for a good night's rest. Micro and fridge, desk and office chair, and flat screen tv in the room.

I live 2 hours from the area. I frequent this hotel often and have for years. The staff are ALWAYS so nice, fun, and helpful. Angela, is such a perfect employee for welcoming guests. I've watched the new owners transform this hotel into a lovely, relaxing place to bring your family. Best part this hotel is in between my 2 favorite casinos. Bammm. So if you've never had the opportunity to stay here, I highly recommend you do.

Positive: "" Negative: My windshield of my bmw got cracked. While I was upstairs in my room for 20 min. This hotel did not have cameras. I was parked right in front of hotel. I even made police report. They had the nerve to wanna check my room for my deposit.

I stayed on a Sunday night and was very happy with everything. The staff was very quick, attentive but like actually left you alone and didn’t pester you the whole time. I signed up online to be a choice member so I could get points and when I checked in they gave me goodie bags of chips, water, and candy which was super cool. THE FREE BREAKFAST OMG I’m writing this review bc I’m so impressed!!! I made my own waffle.. Im literally coming back again bc of the breakfast lol every hotel after covid has gotten away with getting rid of their breakfast or just hands out muffins. The rooms definitely need an update and are bare bones but guys, i paid $70 for a night, so i expected that. MY ONLY gripe was the tv was so dim i couldn’t figure out how to brighten it 🙁 the cleaning guy was very friendly as well, i felt comfortable here, thanks guys!

Had to stay here for a week long work trip
Rooms are not clean at all
Their were dead roachs, used q-tips, old food, and bed stains scattered all over
The people are nice but no one cleans the rooms
Spend the extra money and get the hotel up the street

The room look dry it needs some room updates. Beds were loud, rooms have an echo ,people in other rooms was loud staff did nothing about it, black mold is in the bathroom, better tv is needed. I like it cause you can smoke but it could for sure look better.
