I have stayed at the Bertram Inn , Hotel and conference center numerous times, I have hosted events and family gatherings at this location.
Myself and all of my guest have nothing but the best reviews and greatest memories about this hotel.
The staff is top-notch and a service is excellent.
I recommend staying at this hotel to everyone.

i wouldn't book anything here. rooms are very outdated and charge you a bunch for nothing. ALSO i fell in the bathroom at this location, main floor lobby hotel. The janitor DID NOT put wet floor signs out and mopped the bathroom, during a convention. i went in a slipped really hard!!!!! The staff didn't care when i told them. HR (LIZ) was rude when i asked for a incident report because i wasn't given one when i fell nor when i told the staff. i was treated extremely poorly. I'm still in pain.

I honestly don't even know where to start with this place. It's one of those hotels that looks so beautiful that you assume the rooms and service are going to be top tier and you'd be wrong. We paid $324 (for two days mind you WITH A DISCOUNT) for a 'king suite' that didn't have proper cooling, no fridge, no microwave, and the bed was LITERALLY as stiff and hard as the display beds you see at JC Penney.

The staff member who checked me in was very polite but then the girl on the next shift was rude as all get out to my Doordasher because he couldn't find our room (it was a reallllly weird location). I called a week in advance to see if the had public computer and printer access and the clerk told me yes (I didn't catch her name and that's on me). I print papers for my work, so you could imagine my frustration when I found out there was NOT an accessible printer for guests during their stay. Also no washer or dryer for guests which is crazy for a conference center where people often stay for business.

I literally wouldn't visit this hotel again if it was half off. Don't recommend at all. Go somewhere else to stay the night.

Conference room was nice though. So there's that.

We booked this hotel particularly because this is the closest one to our family’s house Renovation - the hotel is so old and it smells musty. Rooms - We booked 2 rooms and both of our rooms were so hot even if we turned the ac on. One of our room the tv was not working we told the front desk and did not even tried to help us at all instead said sorry. I put my fruits in the fridge and the next day it was frozen in the fridge! I mean they can’t even replace a tv and a fridge? We’re never going to stay here ever again! get yourself an airbnb and save yourself energy and stress.

Facility was adequate - generally dated, like a visit to the early 1980s. Deferred maintenance and lack of updating add up over time. We stayed a couple weeknights, almost no other guests, staff were few & unenthusiastic so place was very quiet. Pool was nice, well maintained. Nothing terrible, nothing memorable. For the price, not the experience we get at a typical Marriott or Hilton property.

There was mold in our room. Water damage throughout our bathroom. The plumbing in the bathroom barely worked. The hotel doesn't appear to have been updated since the 90s. These issues weren't specific to our room as the same issues were in the other two rooms my family was in.
