Staff was friendly for the most part. The rooms both the first I was offered and second needed way better cleaning. Crumbs in beds, hair in shower, urine on toilet, cup rings on night stands and desk. Room felt very under cleaned. For 157$ a night it should have felt way better of a room to walk into. Pool area really needs maintenance in the pool lots of build up and floors needed a sweep and mop bad. Looks neglected. Kids swam had fun but I just felt for the money paid I don't feel it was up to standards for price or for a holiday inn. Will not recommend staying here or coming back to this location.

Beds and pillows are the only redeeming qualities about this location. It was filthy and had zero to do with the construction, tho I feel like they are using that as an excuse to let it go. Literally a CONDOM wrapper in the pool area, not to mention hair and used bandaids everywhere. Breakfast the next morning. No pancakes. No juice. All machines out of order. I prefer Holiday Inn Express…this one is NOT it. Gross.

When you walk in everyone is nice. They are working on updates on the hotel and things are between being more modern or definitely being more outdated so it is kind of a weird vibe right now. The service clerk was pleasant and upbeat. We took the elevator upstairs and the elevator was definitely outdated.
The room was ok, bed was squeaky, and the linens were rough. I reserved the king Suite and the room was nothing like the pictures, I know they were in the middle of a remodel, but this room was newly renovated. Bathroom was clean and very well stocked with everything you need. I forgot tooth paste and the associate downstairs was super helpful and supplied that. Shower could have had more pressure and more heat. Definitely loved all the organization bottles in the bathroom.

The water for the shower was lukewarm warm at best. I had colleagues who also stayed on the 3rd floor who had the same issue. Others who stayed on lower floors didn’t have this issue. I reported this to the front desk but the problem wasn’t solved. The hotel is being renovated so I’m not sure if that has something to do with it. I’ve stayed at this location many times before and this is the first time I’ve had any kind of complaint.

Clean, quiet, renovated. Friendly service at front desk. Room renovated and included new bathroom and carpet. Beds very comfortable. Desk chair not great but I’m sure could be swapped if someone plans to work many hours. The attendant at breakfast saw I was picking up a few things for the room and nicely offered me the rest of cinnamon buns since they were about to close and she didn’t want us to miss out. They were tasty! I can see they are under renovation with a small section of temporary carpet in hallway and wallpaper work. Seems the work is being taken on in manageable volumes and it was not at all disruptive. We were very happy with our room and breakfast

I have stayed at this hotel many times, but this is my first stay since the rooms have been upgraded. Overall very big improvements and my only real complaint is in the room I stayed in the bathtub/shower did not get upgraded even though the rest of the bathroom did.The common areas/halls are still being worked on but bravo for the improvements.

Very nice and clean. They have by far the best breakfast spread out of the local hotels and that includes the more expensive hotels in Stow. They've been renovating and I am very impressed. A year ago I had reserved a room and immediately cancelled because my room smelled of wet dog. They have done a 180 the property is clean, smells clean, they have all new amenities in the second and third floors and the first will also when it's done. I am very happy with how the new owner has turned it around and made it worth the costs. Kudos to the staff. The only issue we had was with the receptionist at the front desk Stephanie. She is very snotty and rude. Honestly I'm pretty certain that someone with that attitude should pick upl a dictionary or her phone (since she was on it more often than not on several different occasions in which we stayed) and look up the definition of "Hospitality" and possibly practicing some humility. I had an issue and I needed an explanation and when asked she was very nasty and even commented on the phone that I was "freaking out". I was not, I simply had a question about my invoice. Honestly when we notice this young lady we try to just steer clear of the front desk because her disposition and attitude is so off putting. She is our only complaint. Other than that the staff is absolutely wonderful. Rooms are very nice and it's not unreasonably expensive. Coffee and breakfast are also very good and showers have great water pressure. I know we will stay again and have recommended it above most if not all the other hotels in Streetsboro. Keep up the great work guys!
